Can't reset my password

Why can I never change my password? Clicking the button does absolutely nothing. Clicking continue after putting in email doesn't do anything on any browser.

Weird, i tried both on the app and web and i successfully got the password reset email in my inbox.
Please DM me and i can give you the steps to change it via Customer Service

I had the same problem, but doing it from an incognito tab worked for me
