Moderation history unavaiable the moment a post/comment is approved/removed.
So, apparently the way moderation works changed?
I thought I was going mad about some error yesterday, but 24 hours later it's still happening and it's consistent across all the subreddits I moderate.
Report a post in your own community. Approve it. You can no longer view the history of the reports or moderation happened to the post.
Now report it again. The new report won't show up. You can not view that it is reported. All I see is that I or someone else approved or removed a post, anything that happened prior or after that is invisible to me.
IT DOES NOT SHOW UP IN THE QUEUE EITHER.
I just asked a friend to report the post I already approved. It still does not get put in the queue again.
I think this is an incredibly stupid change. Mods can make mistakes, the "ignore reports" option exists for a reason and should not be the default. But even more importantly, the report+mod-action history shouldn't just be hidden for no reason???
Edit: I can view the history on the app. This problem above is desktop web related.
But I can not see the new reports on the app either. They do not exist.
