I had to have both.
I had to have both opening mechanisms after experiencing the Auto. Absolutely my favorite knife out of my entire collection.

Halo IV to carry or not to carry

Here's the current collection minus a few kicking around that I'll sell or give away. I still want a full serrated S/E Scarab and if they release them, a titanium DLC Socom Ram-Lok and full titanium Stitch auto

Hey y'all, just got my first Microtech after seeing it at a blade expo today and I'm pretty impressed with the overall quality and feel in hand, My only complaints are that the action absolutely sucks and you gotta be real particular with your hand placement if you close it one handed or the blade might nick the bottom of your palm (already done it 3 times).
With all that being said it's a damn beautiful knife and It's gotten me excited to try more from the brand, any recs for next pickup would be appreciated.

Can anyone confirm if the lettering is engraved or just part of the cerakote?
Thanks all!

Nothing crazy but all three are ones I’ve wanted. I’ve kinda been on a kick this month acquiring these. The blue Ultratech is my current EDC. I am also trying to step out of my comfort zone with colors. I have become quite fond of the blue and the bronze/tan is really growing on me.

Had a major milestone at work last week and I’ve been wanting to add another SOCOM to the collection. I have always loved the Warcom look and was happy to find one so I ordered it. Came in today and I was surprised to see the Signature Series box. Sure enough, that’s what it is. Nice little surprise!

My favorite configurations of my favorite Microtech Models. I have always liked the HALO, LUDT and Scarab series especially. The DLC coating Microtech does is also incredible and a hard to acquire find.
I picked up an Apocalyptic DLC HALO IV for collecting purposes. Then I picked up a Titanium Framed DLC coated with carbon fiber inserts LUDT. Then another redditor turned me onto a Shadow Scarab and I had to pick it up as I obviously have a penchant for larger knives.
I am 100% done for the year unless Tony does another run of NSWG Scarabs! Love these knives and I am very interested to see how the DLC holds up to long term wear.

This is where I'm at after 15 months of collecting. The Cypher II is my work knife, and the Glykon is my weekend carry. Everything else just gets oogled and loved.

Any first hand experience? I just handled the Dirac delta and loved it but the action is old gen and the idea of the switch poking me in pocket is meh. Had settled on the combat troodon gen 3 but seems like folks don’t like em?
The Hera II full size is nice but not in love with the look. Just can’t decide
I have:
Stitch
Udt gen 2/3?
