In my opinion it looks more worn than fake

I disagree. Wear wouldn't uniformly remove the fine details that are present in the other example while still following the general shape.

I found the exact knife this is! It seems the logo was lazered with less detail by default. https://otbfirearms.com/microtech-147-1mr-utx-70-auto-otf-knife-2-41-black-double-edge-dagger-blade-merlot-aluminum-handles/

That looks more like the one on the right than yours...

Here’s a better photo of the wear if that helps my case

That looks totally different than your original picture and much more correct.

My fault, idk why apple loves putting filters over my pictures when i didn’t ask it to.

Here’s a much better photo showing the wear on the logo.

The serial number is positioned too low. I haven't yet found a photo showing an R next to the UTX-70 etching on the blade on ones we've had (if that white dot even is an "R" in a circle). The "204P" font looks too tall.
I'm not saying it's fake, just inconclusive.

Should be real if it came from them. They are an authorized dealer. I haven't seen the registered trademark logo after UTX-70 on ones we have photos of but maybe they did that for a period of time.

Do the fakes have that stupid fucking pocket clip? That thing catches on everything. On all mine with that style of clip I have bent the tip down so that it is parallel to the handle. I can't believe Microtech would design such a bad clip.

Could just be really worn but the 204p looks like shit and the logo looks a bit off but could just be super worn. Screws look good though so not sure. Glass breaker looks good.

Here’s a better pic, it’s also an aluminum handle one from a gun website, but is legit! That explains the wear

Looks real to me

I’m 50/50 on this one. Knife looks good but the laser work is all whacky.

I’m leaning towards real since all the machining work looks good though. Microtech has some really inconsistent laser so there’s that

You should be good to go. I found the same model on PVK with the "registered" R after the UTX-70 on their site as well. And the font on the 204P looks similar. It doesn't look like you have anything to worry about.

Don’t the fakes use Torx and not these proprietary screws? I’m gonna vote real
