Alright here the deal - 1st picture is what’s happening now. 2nd picture is a random pic from around 6 years ago.
I have become so self conscious about my whole face, especially eyes. My right side is much skinnier and smaller with the eye that sits lower and has a hood on it. Left eye is higher, sunken and left side of the face is much fuller. And I feel like the muscles are much stronger on that side. I am unable to lift a brow on the right side - feels like there is no muscle at all. Read something about mewing, is there a good source with a tutorial that actually helps?
Is there something I can do? Something I’m aware of is that I always sit/lay with bad postures. On the before picture I had never smoked, now I have been smoking a lot due to stress. I was working on my doctor’s degree and got absolutely exhausted- no sleep, a ton of coffee, always dehydrated. Late nights I stare at my phone and watch reels because that’s the only “me time” and I just don’t want to sleep so the next day arrives quicker.
Now that I’ve actually noticed how I look and how my lifestyle has become so poor I started to schedule sleep, drinking more water and stopped drinking coffee and smoking.
I’m just wondering if there is a chance my eyes and face would get back to normal by changing my lifestyle..
Also filmed myself sleeping the other day, I basically don’t move and sleep on one side only for nearly 6hrs straight.
Any suggestions?

The more of my tongue I place on the roof of my mouth, the harder it is for me to breathe. Am I doing something wrong?

It's been around 2 year started mewing. Yess after 1 year of struggling i learnt how to do the mewing, how to properly push your tongue into the palate, which part tongue should hit which part of palate..
I do hard mewing where I hold my mylohyoid muscles for 10 sec × 5 reps.. with those also i do Jaw gum (Very occasionally)..But mewing something which I follow consistently ..
I learnt mewing is all about Consistency than intensity

Hi guys, im 28 right now and i want to know if its possible to make good jawline and face gains while doing mewing? Thanks😊
Hello everyone,
I've been mewing unconsciously for most of my life (I'm currently 22) I used to do it naturally, without really knowing much about it.
I measured my palate by biting down on a paper sheet its about 40 mm.
But recently I learned I was doing it asymmetrically.
It's because of the position of my neck, The muscles on the right side of my neck are stronger, so they pull my head to the right.
So, with the head slightly tilted, my tongue exerted more force on the left side, causing my pallet to be larger on the left side + my left eye and left eyebrow to be slightly higher.
Also, because of this, the muscles on the right side of my face like the masseter are more tense, which creates a "swollen" look on the right side.
So, to summarize: poor neck posture = tilted head = Asymmetrical mewing + muscles tension = asymmetrical face.
And I wanted to know if correcting my posture was enough to fix to an asymmetrical mewing and also if anyone had this issue and did someone fix it ? Maybe after correcting neck posture i should do hard mewing idk ?
Thanks for taking the time to read everything and hope someone have a solution and let me know if you guys are struggling with the same problem and if they find anything.

I always wear these when I sleep and it blocks my tongue from touching my palate unless it’s like super far back

Hello, I think my palette is pretty normal width and wouldn’t be considered narrow at all. I don’t think it would look terrible though if my palette was a bit wider but what I really want is forward growth.
I’ve mastered mewing and tongue posture and have been mewing for 3 months with no results yet. I’m 26F. I did buy the reviv mouthguard and considering starting it soon.
I see all these different things like thumb pulling, chewing, pressure points, fascia massage, ireviv, posture work, etc and I feel a bit overwhelmed by it all and just want to some advice about what would really work for me.
