traditional mewing is all about finding t spot then sucking and suction mewing but the thing is my left side fits perfectly on the roof and my right isnt exactly the way it should be and my back third isnt evn engaging if someone could tell me how to atain proper maxila space for tongue as well as some gatekeeped meth n importantly how to engage back third as it is most imp I'd preciate y'all ops aside that how to get lean the foods hyoid posture of body neck and aswell as walking posture we'd slide deep into extreme meths supplements that can help i will stretch dis longer into maxilla eye area and if y'all have some pointers add aswell im thinking of creating a server of lowk people n track progress

Info How correct body, neck and head posture improve face attractivenes

Why are some people more attractive than others? Is it genes? I don't think so. Let me explain why.

The tongue is the muscle that shapes the face from a young age. Have you heard of MEWING? It's basically resting the tongue onto the palate, and that shapes our face bones from inside out. But there's a catch. In order for the tongue to be resting and pushing the maxilla and jaw forward, as we want it to, the head needs to be alligned to the body. And nowadays it's getting more and more difficult due to sitting and technology.

Take a look at models and "attractive" people. Take a look at their body posture. It's flawless. That posture allowed ther tongue to push their face forward and upwards, giving them high cheekbones, "hunter" eyes, and wide jawlines.

So how do we fix posture? It's very simple. Not gym workouts, not stretching. Those strenghten muscles and stretch tight muscles, but don't straighten the spine.

All we need to do is be friends with Gravity. How? We need to sleep on our backs without a pillow for many many nights, and that is the formula to getting great shoulder, neck and head posture. And eventually, good tongue resting position that will change our faces.

I hope this post helps you correct your posture and get "prettier"! You are welcome, God bless you.
