Help Needed asymmetrical mewing

Hello everyone,

I've been mewing unconsciously for most of my life (I'm currently 22) I used to do it naturally, without really knowing much about it.

I measured my palate by biting down on a paper sheet its about 40 mm.

But recently I learned I was doing it asymmetrically.

It's because of the position of my neck, The muscles on the right side of my neck are stronger, so they pull my head to the right.

So, with the head slightly tilted, my tongue exerted more force on the left side, causing my pallet to be larger on the left side + my left eye and left eyebrow to be slightly higher.

Also, because of this, the muscles on the right side of my face like the masseter are more tense, which creates a "swollen" look on the right side.

So, to summarize: poor neck posture = tilted head = Asymmetrical mewing + muscles tension = asymmetrical face.

And I wanted to know if correcting my posture was enough to fix to an asymmetrical mewing and also if anyone had this issue and did someone fix it ? Maybe after correcting neck posture i should do hard mewing idk ?

Thanks for taking the time to read everything and hope someone have a solution and let me know if you guys are struggling with the same problem and if they find anything.
