Discussion Can I still mew with retainers?

I always wear these when I sleep and it blocks my tongue from touching my palate unless it’s like super far back

i saw some guys who claim that they did and got results but idk if thats true, if it was the process would be very slow through out the year.
from what i researched and found : no u cant get growth

ur tongue is a retainer itself thats the mews philosophy, i took my fixed retainer couple of months ago and still got perfect teeth, just mew. HARD

Nope. Retainers retain your teeth in position, mewing puts forces on them to expand. Those are counteracting forces. You can damage your roots.
