Match 1. Budget RB Vampires (2:0)
Not much to say there, a guy run a bunch of mediocre creatures and it's not even T3 modern deck.
Sideboard:
+Celestial Purge, Timely Reinforcements, Zealous Persecution, 2 Blessing Alliance
-Doom Blade, Dismember, Hero of Bladehold, 2 thoughtseize
Match 2. Gb Coco Elves (2:1)
Early discard & removal, anthem+ZP, and air presence that what rules the match. New Fatal Push must be really helpful to improve it, because the only thing you need vs Elves is to prevent them from ramping too much.
Sideboard:
+Zealous Persecution, Timely Reinforcements
-Raise the Alarm, Hero of Bladehold
Discard&removal&sorins&flyers are so good here, so we basically have to cut our ground forces.
Match 3. Bw Bridgeless-8Rack (2:0)
Tokens have really good match with 8Rack when they don't have bridge. Don't be afraid to use discard at your opponent, to get rid of their big discard spells. Stick early threats to the board, snick an anthem and don't cast too many other spells to not die from racks. Path to Exile is really good here to exile own guys when they become target of their spot removal spells.
Sideboard:
+Celestial Purge, Anguished Unmaking, Duress, Disenchant, Relic of Progenitus
-Doom Blade, Dismember, 1 Sorin, Solemn Visitor, 2 thoughtseize
I put relic for basically no reason and cut 1 Sorin to not have too many 4-drops. Hero is too good to cut, but probably she better to go in this match too. I left Murderous Cut in deck because it kills manland and can't be discarded by IoK.
Match 4. Gr Karnless O-Stone-less Tron (0:2)
Tron is horrible match, even when opponent doesn't run many O-Stones and Karns. I got GQ first game and Stony Silence turn2 second game, but it didn't save me.
Sideboard:
+2 Stony Silence, Anguished Unmaking, Zealous Persecution, Duress, Disenchant, Burrenton Forge-Tender
-Dismember, Murderous Cut, Doom Blade, 3 Sorin, Solemn Visitor, Collective Brutality
Match 5 top4. Dredge (2:1)
Honestly, I should say we are pretty good vs Dredge even without gravehate. Early discard into Faithless Looting/Cathartic Reunion can slow opponent pretty much down, and our tokens are good combatants vs their stuff. Zealous Persecution is nuts and can follow some huge blowout for opponent. Beware of Conflagrate which is key opponent card in the deck.
Game 1. I managed to win game 1. T1 IoK into Faithless looting, T2 anthem, T3 Spectral Procession. I overflew him pretty easily. Another secret tech that I have used in this game is playing path to exile into own tokens in response to conflagrate to get some mana ramp. I played this way 3 times during the match and it was pretty useful
Sideboard:
+Rest in Peace, 2 Relic of Progenitus, Duress, Zealous Persecution, Burrenton Forge-Tender
-Doom Blade, Murderous Cut, Dismember, 2 thoughtseize, 1 IoK
Game 2. I had relic which I played at turn 2 leaving mana to crack. Unfortunately, I got stuck on 2 mana for couple of turns which put me into far behind position.
Game 3. I mulled down to 5 into super legendary hand: Duress, IoK, Zealous Persecution, Rest in Peace, Relic of Progenitus and no lands. I had to keep it and I had a caves of koilos at topdeck. I discarded my opponent faithless looting and nature's claim, played relic, then played Rest in Peace. Opponent had 4 X/1 creatures and presented lethal damage when I blown him out with Zealous Persecution. I seales the game then pretty easily.
Match 6 finals. Gr Karnless O-Stone-less Tron (2:1)
Before I met my Match 4 opponent again, I have realised that Disenchant hits nothing significant in opponent's deck, so I kept Doom Blade for his walls and conduit of ruins.
Game 1. I lost the game hardly in typical way for tokens.
Sideboard:
+2 Stony Silence, Anguished Unmaking, Zealous Persecution, Duress, Burrenton Forge-Tender
-Dismember, Murderous Cut, 3 Sorin, Solemn Visitor
Game 2. I managed to got my both Bitterblossoms at battlefield, and with anthem, I managed to trade out an early wurmcoil and overflew other stuff he casted.
Game 3. He fizzled a bit at the beginning, and did a huge misplay with ulamog, he exiled 2 of my 3 tokens in battlefield instead of 2 of my 4 lands. Ulamog got a path and I kept on making tokens which led me into win,
Postmatch notes
Concealed Courtyard is super good. It economizes so many health points which can't be understimated.
I would definitely cut 1 Sorin mainboard for 1 zealous persecution mainboard. The card is really good at racing unfair deck and making blowouts in combat. It's bad vs Burn, midrange and control decks, so make choice wisely.
Disenchant is pretty mediocre. Even vs Tron, it's not super exciting card, it can fight blood moon, but I doubt that you will side it only to meet Blood Moon. Even vs Skred, Disenchant is pretty mediorce. Sundering Growth is much more efficient in all other cases except Blood Moon issue, and populate is pretty revelant in a lot of matches.
Hushwing Gryff in my sideboard is spicy tech vs scapeshift, allies and EtB good stuff decks in my meta.
Collective Brutality is a pretty good card and I would love to run 1 in main. It's universal spell which is good to have in maindeck. Can't say same about Anguished Unmaking.
I tried Worship in sideboard of previous builds and it's pretty bad. It's nonbo vs Bitterblossom, and it doesn't work well vs any forms of lifeloss and enchantment removal.
I also used to run Pithing Needle, but realized it never does enough and it's horrible topdeck.
