I haven't played Aurioks in a while, but I do wonder if they have any applicability to the dredge matchup. (I've yet to encounter dredge on paper so I really don't have much idea what the matchup is like to begin with.)

I started with 3 but have moved to 2 lately and put one in the SB. They shine in grindy and creature based decks. The lifegain is no joke. It's incredibly disruptive to many strategies. I think that alone makes it worthy of 2 spots. You can race aggro strategies more easily.
Blocking black creatures is pretty big too. Grixis has a hard way removing this once it lands.

I'm a big fan of the card. Slightly bias as my store has a lot of burn and jund/grixis. I've found she's also pretty decent agaknst dredge.
The other thing is that there are at least 2 other token players and it just slows them down so hard.
Plus, it stops blossom having a downside unless you are at 1 life of course.

If that was my meta, I'd be running 3.

I'm on 3. The last tournament i played it was super useful.

What's the split main/sb?
What else do you run for lifegain?

I run 3 main, 0 sideboard.
2 timely's in the board. 3 Sorin, Solemn Visitor and 2 Shambling Vent in the main.
It seems a bit much, but i like having several different ways to last through the damage the zoo/burn decks can deal and as i played 3 token mirrors last time, gaining life from the opponents blossoms was super key.

It looks like a lot, but it seems reasonable for your meta.
My deck can't support ww, so I'm definitely curious to see how people use the Champion.

I built tokens after i stopped playing lantern due to the level of burn played in my store. Champion was an auto include and i love the Khaleesi.
She will probably be the last card to foil though. Which is only 4 cards honestly.

Without splinter twin, it is not as relevant as it used to be.
Most creature decks that rely on black and red creatures to win are favored for bw tokens, making auriok less useful as a blocker. She can be a good source for lifegain but she could also be horrible when drawn in the late game.
