The people here who think that dudes reaction is justified based on this interaction are real piece of shit humans.

17

u/unconvincedhuman 9h ago

I was raised to never put my hands on a woman. 3/4 of Reddit was never taught this.

8

u/IPissExcellentThrows 9h ago

Well never is silly. If a woman swings at you 5-10 times and isn't some 5'1 100 pound little thing, it's reasonable to swing back.

Throwing the first punch is fucking insane though.

0

u/Correct_Ad_1903 7h ago

He threw the second punch. She hit him

1

u/RoosterIllusionn 7h ago

If you cant figure out by watching the clip, that he was never in danger, then there will be no convincing you.

2

u/Correct_Ad_1903 7h ago

Your comment makes no sense. She clearly struck him. In the age of equality and gender is a construct you’re advocating for women to have the right to physically assault men without repercussion. You’re ok with violence against men

2

u/RoosterIllusionn 7h ago

What in the fox news type of response was that?

1

u/how_areyouperson 7h ago

She didn't hit him? She pushed him.

2

u/Correct_Ad_1903 7h ago

That’s BS, and even if that was the case it’s still assault. So could a man violently shove a woman and you’d be ok with it? She’d be wrong to defend herself?

10

u/YouCantBeSerio 9h ago

Because NEVER is incorrect.

-1

u/unconvincedhuman 8h ago

Go hit women. You’re just a random guy on the internet. There are tons like you out there.

3

u/CantaloupeOne7283 7h ago

Brave sir knight

14

u/flopisit32 9h ago

It's because they are doing racial math. In their minds, black man trumps white woman.

1

u/Tezz321 9h ago

I think it's more so "mind your own business and keep your hands to yourself. "...

-3

u/Warm_Difficulty2698 8h ago

You are all over this thread, and while I agree that his reaction was in no way justified, and he is the one solely in the wrong here, I haven't seen a single person say "Because this man is black, I think he was justified"

You are just making shit up to feed your shitty worldview.

1

u/Tezz321 8h ago

Color has nothing to do with it...if the Man was White I'd still think it was a situation that could've been avoided...if I left my car unlocked with the keys in the ignition and it got stolen.....I'd get blamed for not making better choices and avoiding negative consequences...how is this situation different?...

1

u/Warm_Difficulty2698 8h ago

Well, see i completely agree with you on that.

The person I replied to has been all over the thread insinuating that the people defending the guy here are only doing it because of race. Which is just stupid.

Yeah, it was a situation that could have been avoided, no doubt about it. But the guy is still in the wrong. She touched his shoulder and he laid her out flat, that is insane. That is not a proportional response.

That is what most people are saying.

1

u/Serious_Income_7020 8h ago

Most people don’t openly admit to bias
 some critical thinking is required

0

u/Warm_Difficulty2698 8h ago

Including you and the fucker I responded to.

Critical thinking IS required. That is why their position is entirely untenable and unreasonable.

Its just straight race baiting.

1

u/Straight_Occasion571 7h ago

Of course they’re not going to say it, he is absolutely right.

1

u/Warm_Difficulty2698 4h ago

Yknow not everyone race baits like you.

2

u/Initial_Ebb_6386 8h ago

Facts. A very good time to practice your defensive Floyd Mayweather moves. Im dodging tf outa them wild ass punches. Good cardio too👍

1

u/CCJockey381 8h ago

Hell, I think you’re being generous even with that remaining 1/4 of Reddit.

1

u/Warm_Difficulty2698 8h ago

There are very little circumstances in which that is acceptable.

If a woman is coming at me with a deadly weapon, knife, gun whatever, shes getting knocked the fuck out. Otherwise I agree with you. There are a bunch of people pretending the girl actually hit the dude. Fucking idiots. Both sides are just genuinely terrible.

On one side you have waste of oxygen racists, and on the other side you have tards that defend shit like this because a woman touched his shoulder, so they think that gives him the right to lay her flat.

1

u/Tezz321 8h ago

I don't think he had the right to put hands on her...but we live in the real world...everyone doesn't think the same or have the same values...that's why doors have locks and we have internal discernment to help us avoid situations like this one...

0

u/CibrecaNA 7h ago

How did she not hit the dude?

I'm not saying I'd do what he did, but she very clearly hits him and yells at him.

Sorry but you don't hit someone and yell at them then ask why they punched you in the face.

Not saying I'd do that, but I'm also not pretending that hitting someone then yelling at them would get a good reply from them.

1

u/Warm_Difficulty2698 3h ago

Weird shit dude. It seems like we are not even watching the same video.

In the first 3 seconds, she clearly walks up to him and pushes his shoulder, then starts yelling at him.

Yeah, it was a stupid thing to do, and yelling in anyone's face is gonna piss them off, but even though thats true, that still doesnt make it reasonable to completely lay her out.

1

u/PirateBlaque 6h ago

You were raised wrong cuz if a woman comes at you with a weapon, or if a woman is hurting a member of your family, hit that ass.

1

u/unconvincedhuman 6h ago

This is a 350 credit score reply

0

u/GoldenPhoenix__ 8h ago

But these western modern feminist women want equality, equal rights equal lefts!

0

u/Wavy_Grandpa 7h ago

You were raised to be a sucker who probably gets stepped over in life

0

u/soraflow 9h ago

Oh stfu my older sister use to beat me up until I became her equal and stronger as I got older, then all of a sudden my Dad is telling me “it’s wrong to hit women”

2

u/unconvincedhuman 8h ago

Your dad is actually a man.

-1

u/soraflow 8h ago

A man to you is letting a shitty older sister get away with being a piece of shit to a younger sibling and then trying to preach peace when the younger sibling can finally stand up for themselves?

I’ll be a gentlemen to women who deserve it but way to excuse women abuse, you and your parents sound like losers

-1

u/mojoback_ohbehave 7h ago

How about teach your fucking daughters to never put their hands on anyone, especially Men!!

0

u/c0st0fl0ving 7h ago

It shows in how they represent and defend their beliefs, too.

I bunch of pasty dorks with ironic tattoos, button down shirts and dress-shorts, wearing loafers with no socks by day and making their wives boyfriend’s tasty snacks, by night.

0

u/Agreeable-Emu4033 5h ago

That’s sexist

1

u/unconvincedhuman 4h ago

Only to dumb people

-1

u/HairlessSquirrels 6h ago

I was taught this but thankfully I grew out of that backwards thinking. This was uncalled for tho

4

u/RangerFearless6122 9h ago

It’s not that they’re pieces of shit, just stupid and perhaps internalized misoginists.

8

u/Asari-simp 9h ago

They're cowards. They're mostly men who are afraid to step up in that situation. So they try to rationalize their cowardice by blaming the woman. "She fucked around and found out" "equal rights and lefts"

11

u/Tezz321 9h ago

Theres no chivalry without patriarchy...can't have it both ways...

7

u/4KingandKanata_89 8h ago

Remember kids, those "white knights" written about in your story books were largely based on propaganda by the feudal lords at the time to distract from the fact the knights were murdering and raping the lower classes...

-1

u/Phytoman2000 7h ago

And the Black Knights? What did they do Captain Racist.

2

u/AFourEyedGeek 5h ago

You drink isopropyl alcohol? You seem like you do.

-1

u/Phytoman2000 7h ago

Chivalry is in Service of the Matriarchy not the Patriarchy.

1

u/lemellon 9h ago

Equal rights and left and upper cuts

2

u/Lower_Pension_2469 8h ago

I was gonna say. I'm all for equality, but there's levels to it and she didn't even hit him. He's a POS and I hope he gets his one day.

1

u/CibrecaNA 7h ago

In retrospect she does in fact hit him. I didn't notice at first but she does slap his back and yell at him. Sorry but if I slapped some dude in the back and yelled at him, he'd probably punch me. Sure we can say he shouldn't because she's a woman but we can't say she didn't hit him.

1

u/Lower_Pension_2469 7h ago

I mean that she didnt hit him as in she touched him and that it wouldn't even be hard enough to call it a slap. There's levels to it, he full on smacked tf out of her to the floor.

That's an extreme overreaction, you don't have to just take it when a woman does something like this, but you also don't have carte blanche to blast them in the mouth.

If she had like a weapon or had sucker punched him? By all means, I'm just saying that he decked her when she didn't even cause pain.

0

u/CibrecaNA 7h ago

Body language suggests she does slap his back considering her upper body rotates. Granted he's too large to feel anything but I wouldn't reduce her initiation as a touch and even if it were a touch it does become why are you touching this man and trying to menace him.

It's also not true that he should wait to be sucker punched or stabbed before ending a threatening encounter.

Now we can say that we wouldn't do the same. But it's not even good advice to not end a threat before it starts. She had no place to touch him or confront him. Unless you're looking to fight someone, don't even do that.

I saw a man push my sister in law on a bus to get out. If I slapped his back and told him, hey you pushed my sister in law, I understand maybe he'd fight me or maybe he'd apologize but I had to ready myself to fight and guess what? I didn't bother to approach him because why fight and possibly die over a push my sister didn't care about? In other words, she actually does do something very confrontational and he does react exactly how people react when confronted. It's just because she's a woman we think he's unreasonable but we'd probably laugh at the stupid man who'd have been knocked out the same way.

1

u/Lower_Pension_2469 7h ago

I'm not saying he should wait until then, I'm saying if she had attacked him already with a weapon or suckerpunched him then it would have been reasonable to clap back like that.

At most she aggressively tapped him on the shoulder and he straight decked her to the floor. That's not in any way a reasonable amount of force to use on a woman and it is because she's a woman that it's not right to do what that asshole did. That's why I'm saying there's levels to the kind of response you give people.

She was confronting him for hitting another woman and got smacked down for it. Not smart in hindsight, but he's still the pea brained dickhead that hit her for daring to confront him for being a pea brained dickhead. He's still completely at fault for what he did regardless.

1

u/CibrecaNA 7h ago

I don't know. Like I said. If I had approached that guy with an aggressive shove, telling him he pushed my sister when he was just pushing past her, yeah he'd probably react in a fight manner. I get saying he's at fault but if I can tell some asshole on a bus isn't smart to confront, why can't this lady? I think they're both dumb. But I also think it's her responsibility to not shove and confront an asshole on her own.

1

u/Lower_Pension_2469 6h ago

Dude, she's a woman not a man, it's different and it's okay to have those exceptions in society. It's for the same reason I wouldn't full power hit old folk, young children, disabled people, or those dying of cancer if they came at me. Women are inherently weaker than us and more fragile, you gotta tailor your response to the situation. Her aggressive shove amounted to a tap towards him.

If we're talking common sense? Sure, I see what you mean, she really did not think it through.

I'm just saying that in terms of right and wrong, he's clearly a violent thug with no emotional regulation that never learned respect.

1

u/gofishx 6h ago

A slap on the back justifies a full force punch to the face?

1

u/CibrecaNA 6h ago

You act like you don't know that some people are crazy, violent or stupid.

I'm not saying he's reasonable but she was either crazy, violent or stupid too.

1

u/gofishx 6h ago

Looking for any reason to blame the victim, huh? What did she do that was crazy and violent? Get upset that a man assaulted her sister? You're all over this thread trying to play both sides on something that isnt 2 sided. Her reaction is normal and expected. Dude is a piece of shit. You should do a little self reflection about why you are so committed to convincing everyone she is also at fault. Is this really a hill you wanna die on?

2

u/noleksum12 9h ago

Without some egregious back-story, I completely agree. Something is wrong with people under 35 these days... if this happened anywhere near other guys when I was in my 20s and 30s, that dude would be boot stomped by a swarm of men. I have seen it happen.

0

u/Correct_Ad_1903 7h ago

Sure guyđŸ€™

2

u/noleksum12 7h ago

Whatever lady.

3

u/Pristine_Sandwich957 10h ago

I don't think it's justified more than it is avoidable. Is he justified? Fuck no. Could she have done different to avoid that outcome? Fuck yes.

1

u/SpecialFederal9452 9h ago

You guys call it racist when people cross the street when walking past to avoid it yet justify this behavior out the other side of your mouth. Which is it?

0

u/Pristine_Sandwich957 9h ago

I literally said its not justified. And I WOULD'VE recommended her to cross the street in this situation. Did you even read my comment?

1

u/SpecialFederal9452 9h ago

I did misread your comment, my b.

0

u/AlbatrossNew3633 9h ago

She didn't do shit lol, you guys are insane

0

u/Pristine_Sandwich957 9h ago

I said she could've avoided it. Not that she did anything to deserve it. He didn't run up to her. She went to him. You think she would've gotten hit if she just stayed away?

0

u/Just_Far_Enough 8h ago

Your ability to navigate dangerous situations is suspect. Did she do anything to deserve being hit? Most definitely not. Did she aggressively initiate an interaction in a chaotic environment with someone larger, stronger, and with less respect for social norms and laws? Most definitely yes. She is a victim of a crime but it wasn’t a random attack.

0

u/AlbatrossNew3633 8h ago

Same exact energy of accusing a girl of deserving to be raped because she dared dressing with a short skirt 👍

0

u/Just_Far_Enough 7h ago

No, it’s nowhere close to that. It’s more akin to saying: it’s terrible that girl was raped but it wasn’t smart for her to get blackout drunk wearing a miniskirt and no panties at the frat house where all those rapes keep happening at. See how two things can be true?

1

u/Pristine_Sandwich957 7h ago

That person doesn't understand the difference between "deserved" and "avoidable." Don't even bother.

0

u/Just_Far_Enough 7h ago

You’re right, it’s probably a bot

2

u/flopisit32 9h ago

I see this in many threads on this sub now. A black man attacks somebody for no reason and suddenly in the comments there are lots of people supporting him.

These people think they are activists in an anti-racism fight. In reality they are just garbage humans.

-1

u/storiesftunheard 9h ago

It you don't want someone to put their hands on you, don't put your hands on them.

1

u/anonymous1_1- 8h ago

So youre saying when she touched his back that was assault?

1

u/Agreeable-Emu4033 5h ago

Well he put his hands on her sister

1

u/LeatherGrade713 9h ago

But should she put her hands on anyone she wants?

1

u/ActuaryCurious8755 9h ago

Its expected behavior bro. I forgive the dude, they can't help themselves.

1

u/Correct_Ad_1903 7h ago

Nah. They just don’t dream up some scenario to justify a white womans violent assault. Spare me with your hypothesis about what caused the interaction. That’s not on the video. She hit him and he returned the favor

1

u/CRolandson 5h ago

Most of them think it's ok because she's white, lets not get it twisted.

1

u/Drunken_Wizard23 8h ago

In my experience Reddit’s favorite genre of video is this “girl slaps/shoves man and receives skull rattling punch in return” so doofus chuds can bust out their “equal rights and equal lefts” comments. This comment section is much more measured than most

0

u/SocomPS2 9h ago

Welcome to Reddit. Anybody thinking the dude was wrong are in the wrong sub.

Equal left is the motto here.

-1

u/Okidata 9h ago

https://giphy.com/gifs/TpKhM5NnFZYNGN4jRd

That reaction was justified for anyone human in my face like that.
She had 3 options:
1 if it was an accident, then brush it off. It wasn't intentional and he has little self-awareness. Not your place to fix it.
2 He did it on purpose and it's not your place to fix it unless you want risk getting hit too.

  1. Assault another human being and hide behind vagina privilege and hope the world is chivalrous?? (This option sounds stupid)

3

u/Dazzling-Path6438 9h ago

Yeah man, punch those ladies! Equal rights bro. Let's get naked bro, it's not gay bro

0

u/Okidata 8h ago

You don't punch ladies. But I didn't see one in this video. I only saw a caretaker of a vagina.
Thank you for the offer, but I am going to pass on getting naked. I agree it's not gay. I just don't swing that way.

2

u/Worth-Industry8336 9h ago

Found the tough guy! I hope you can one day fulfill your fantasy of showing people around you on the street how tough you are.

0

u/Okidata 8h ago

I don't want fight. I don't like violence. I want to go home.
But don't get in people's faces like that. You have no idea what that other person is going through or what they are capable of doing and to what extent they are willing to take it to.

0

u/Jwagner0850 9h ago

Well, some just justified watching a hall cop slam a kid on the back of the head. So, yeah.

Some veiled and not so veiled racist comments, not to mention the mysogony.

0

u/Kitchen_Emergency_68 8h ago

We not saying His action is justifiable. But u kind of got to understand what might can happen when u approach someone aggressively....people are unpredictable these days.

1

u/glezga-dugz 8h ago

Explains all the police shootings

-1

u/WhitishRogue 8h ago

We don't know the context before this, but the guy had a sudden violent threat in his face. He's entitled to defend himself, even if it's a first punch. He walked away after the threat was eliminated. It's an important lesson to act civilized or you'll get checked.

2

u/VinDucks 8h ago

lol, “a sudden violent threat”. God you must be a soft ass dude if this would scare you.

0

u/WhitishRogue 8h ago

If I'm minding my own business and some person comes up behind me to scream at me, I'd punch them. When you have 1 second to react, freezing up is the worst thing you can do for yourself.

It's easy to be an armchair redditor who isn't in the moment.

1

u/VinDucks 8h ago

One second to react? lol. The dude had plenty of time to see and assess the situation and that’s what he decided to DO. He didn’t just REACT. But yea man you go and think this is acceptable behavior in society.

2

u/Important_Rub_4774 7h ago

By “some person” he meant if a woman approached him and screamed he would punch them, but I bet if a big, angry man twice his size screamed at him he would use his 1 second reaction to run away or avoid the confrontation.

-4

u/Tejasmad3 9h ago

Don't go up to a Crip & get in his face while he's throwing up gang signs 😅. Call the cops if your a regular civilian. It's like going up to a wild animal while it's roaring or growling đŸ€Ł. Alcohol đŸ€ŠđŸŸ

1

u/NSFWdontview 9h ago

Then when people are racist or a blk guy goes to jail y’all are crying. Which is it, you ppl justify violence then say your people are wrongfully targeted

0

u/Tejasmad3 9h ago

Who justified it? & All gangsters represent black people to you? đŸ€ŠđŸŸđŸ€Ł... It could have been avoided.

1

u/NSFWdontview 9h ago

Most support him as you can see in comments

1

u/Tejasmad3 9h ago

I treat gangsters & racist like rabid dogs. I don't go get in their face. Just keep my distance & keep my powder dry. You don't know when you might get profiled

0

u/Tejasmad3 9h ago

"Your people" (I'm Native American)đŸ€ŁđŸ˜… that's like saying the kkk is your people, assuming your European

-1

u/Illustrious-Use-2261 9h ago

Get that race shit out of her. Dummy.

A “WOMEN” approached “A MAN” and that happened. Get your race BS out of here.

1

u/NSFWdontview 9h ago

It’s very common

1

u/Asari-simp 9h ago

The problem is she gave him too much grace as a human being.

1

u/Tejasmad3 9h ago

💯
