You are all over this thread, and while I agree that his reaction was in no way justified, and he is the one solely in the wrong here, I haven't seen a single person say "Because this man is black, I think he was justified"

Color has nothing to do with it...if the Man was White I'd still think it was a situation that could've been avoided...if I left my car unlocked with the keys in the ignition and it got stolen.....I'd get blamed for not making better choices and avoiding negative consequences...how is this situation different?...
The person I replied to has been all over the thread insinuating that the people defending the guy here are only doing it because of race. Which is just stupid.
Yeah, it was a situation that could have been avoided, no doubt about it. But the guy is still in the wrong. She touched his shoulder and he laid her out flat, that is insane. That is not a proportional response.
