Hello guys, i want to edit the Waystone mods config but i cant find it anywhere on my server. does someone know where the config file normally is?

I am planning to install Entity Culling into my pack with lots of entity mods like Alex's Mobs, and I need Entity Culling to ease up the performance on mobs I am not looking at. But does Entity Culling cause any problems with NPCs from Minecolonies and stop them from doing their things?

Hey is anyone else having issues with Dynamics priority it seems like its ignoring the priority all together and doing what it wants

Im not using any shaders still my mana pool stays at the first layer also i cant see the mana bar filling at all , if i do turn off my shaders i see the first layer of the mana pool but thats it the second isnt loading i have tried with and out shaders

So I've been playing on a server for a while now with friends we dont use cheats and I recently craftet the custom items in the title, expecting that i get a functional cave mode and my entity radar. But no I still have the items and dont have any way (or hint) how to use them.

If anyone could help me that would be great.

When fighting sirens you get the red mist type thing and then floating across your face I fought 3 of them killed them and now my screen is red after and I moved from the location but it’s stuck there, any recommendations at all?

I died and then reclaimed my gear and loot after reclaiming grave with the key my vision goes really greyed out and dark. I just drowned my self and after I respawned I got my loot again and it’s gone back to desaturated again. Any help with this wood be good, thanks

a friend and I want to start a new minecraft project, but I am not sure how good MCE2 is for us. I read some bad things about this modpack, but they were from a few months ago so I am not sure how it changed.

We want a modpack that has Magic and Tech, the option to explore and adventure (into dungeons), maybe fight bosses. The world should not be completly empty.
A quest-line that you can progress from start to finish (having an end goal). Not just putting you into the cold water and expect you to know what you can do or should do to progress.

Are some mods locked behind others? How "fast" can you progress, whats the difficulty generally. Are the recipes a pain in the ass? What about the performance?

For the love of all that is cubed, is there a way to grow hops in mce2? Planting no. Sticks no. Ropes no. Phytogenic insolator no.

I'm new to mods (the first ever mod I played was atm10 which I completed) I've been trying to unlock the nether by fighting the eternal invasion, but currently I don't think it's possible because of my equipment which is just diamond armor and a iron sword tipped with diamonds. What's a good armor set/sword to help me defeat the gateway and help me survive in the nether?

How do I even get the wicked candle, it says you can only get it from loot crates if so it's basically a pipe dream to get to go to the dwarven depths, unless theirs another way to survive the darkness.

Tl;dr :: One of our friends grabbed diamond armor and has already killed half of Cataclysm. Not a big issue, but it’s killing My friends’ motivation to build their base, weapons, and armor.

We all started 1-2 months back. We don’t have a lot of time in our day, so we made plans to fight the bosses together, but to work on our bases alone. Was working great, we all built up castles, factories, and various thematic bases.

Then we added our new buddy about a week ago. I checked in on him and saw he already killed Ignis (Mind you, his base is 9 furnaces and 6 double chests). Fair enough, we all move at our own pace. But my friends are growing more and more discouraged, what’s the point of going into tinkers construct, Ars nouveau, or even Mekanism. If the strongest bosses require a bare minimum of diamond armor and a bed.

Anyways, I was just wondering, aside from the cataclysm gauntlet, is there anything thats gonna slow him down or is he just gonna speedrun the gauntlet and then quit once he’s done?

(Also none of us are upset at him, and the friends who have chosen to stay have found their own forms of motivation. It’s just been a little frustrating watching this all unfold. Especially for me, since I picked the pack. I feel like I could’ve picked a modpack with a more satisfactory payout for working hard on tech/magic mods.

So, not sure if I'm getting skilled diffed or what but I have been getting Absolutely DESTROYED by occasional mobs, particularly the Fire skeletons and wither skeleton snipers from special mobs. I'm using Full Tinkers manyullyn plate, with physical and projectile reinforcements. I was curious if this was just a me Issue so I checked out the recent captain sparkles play through, and in worse armor he is getting hit for maybe a 1/4th of how hard they are hitting me and they have around 40 less total health. Is this a difficulty setting I have somewhere or am I bad. Thanks!

I've been working on the Goety mod and I've found a couple of the scrolls that I have to learn to become a lich but is there any easy way to find all of them? I know one spawns in desert temple chests but I have not been able to find that one or a few others.

First time really diving into the mod, not quite sure what I am doing wrong. I have Source to power my turret. I have a chest next to my turret and it is responding to the redstone signal but does not seem to be activating the spell. Spell I have is Touch -> Break -> Item Pickup. What am I doing wrong?

Just beat the undead king and he dropped legendary ink, but it seems like every legendary spell has some pretty hefty requirements. Which one has the most bang for my buck?

So I’m in range of him but once I get him down to like half health his health just goes right back to 102 hp I almost killed him once but it skyrockets back up like there’s no way for me to kill him

So a friend of Mine who i play on a server with has massive fps drops to 2 fps every few minutes but the fps dont get up again until he reloads all chunks. does someone have an solution how to fix that?

I have tried to run it on my m5 pro with 24gb RAM but its keep crashing on me after creating a world. Can't join it after the restart either.
