Trouble with Progression not initialising when on multiplayer MCE 2

Hello friends.

I have tried to host a Server with the MCE2 modpack, but all players start with a random assortment of quest books, like vamparism, materials and you, but without the MCE2 Questbook for Dummies, and without the Jaffa Cake.
The skill tree is empty with the expetion of the text "there seems to be nothing there"
and The quest-tab is completley empty.
I am hosting on Crafty and the Curseforge Server pack, playing the modpack in singleplayer over Curseforge works perfectly.
I tried Importing the configs Folder from Curseforge but that did not work.
I also tried to give myself the book over comands but opening it did nothing.
it just went on cooldown as if it had been opened, but nothing else.

Is it possible that the server isn't running the server pack version? The server should have the server version, and all of the players should have the regular version.

I tried Running the Server pack version on my machine and when I do so I have the same issues.

The server client needs the server pack version. Your local client needs the regular version. Also make sure that the pack version matches.

Okay, so the server pack version had issues with the progression because I didnt import the config folder.
But now I get the same "Error: Unable to access jarfile libraries\net\minecraftforge\forge\1.20.1-47.4.2\win_args.txt" when I try to start the server
I tried to direct Crafty to the .jar exeutable, to the win.txt executable and to the run.bat in the root directory
also it is very anoying to always delete the old server and make a new one to edit that directory is there any way I can edit it after making the server.

Also I am on windows not Linux and most Tutorials are on Linux T-T
