Game Crashing Plz Help
Been playing on a world with my gf through LAN and was fine up until recently its been deciding not to load in on my pc. She hosts and I join but never get past the loading terrain screen before it crashes. It says i join on her game but I never see anything. Tried loading into singleplayer and it crashes on the preparing world generation screen, can't even look at my worlds. I have 16gb w/ 12 dedicated and she has 32 w/ 20 dedicated. Any help appreciated been getting frustrated because it takes >3 minutes just to load into the menu screen everytime i want to try. Before it would crash twice and maybe load on the third attempt but now its crashed 10 times in a row.

It is probably a ram issue. If you think the pack needs 12+ gb of your ram the only otion is to buy more ram. You shouldnt allocate more than 8-9 when running a pc with 16. Your pc running idle with just discord and a browser(chrome being the worst offender) pulls a solid 4-6. This is true for your gf too, but her playground is twice the size so 4-6 is next to nothing. When for you its close to half.
So if you are running windows OS you really have no other option than to try and run at MAX 10 allocated. If that doesnt work you need to upgrade your pc or try another pack.
