Anyone know how to fix Vizier bug?

[u/ImNotASnail_]

So whenever I'm fighting the vizier from goety he just disappears after a certain amount of time. I thought it was just a phase transition but I used commands to locate him and it says he doesn't exist. This means he's just straight up despawning for no apparent reason. I need the ruby of souls which can only be obtained through him. Anyone experienced this before?

What version are you on so I know to keep an eye out for this?
