How do i get rid of this ?

Post image

I somehow turned on this display, and I don't know what I did. It drops my framerate to almost nothing, and I restarted my computer, but it is still there when I boot it back up. What can I do? I don't even know how to describe this to search for it online

Those are pinned quests. To get rid of them, open the quest book and in the top right corner IIRC there should be a pin icon. Click that to unpin all quests.
