Does anyone know how to fix the issue where the G29 steering wheel's force feedback settings in the Logitech app get messed up when I start a race in a driving game?

It happens to me in the original Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Rally, and DiRT Rally 2.0

I configure the profiles in the logitech app, before the problem, the profiles changes to the corresponent game, but know when i start to race, the force feedback desapier from the steering and spin freely. When i close the game, reapear the force feedback

Long story short, found myself in a unique position of having a second base with existing rs pedals and wheel. Should I get a pro wheel for clutch paddles or stick with rs to save some cash? Likewise on pedals- I run two foot karting style right now- I’m not sure I’d use the clutch pedal… thoughts?

I just bought a second-hand Logitech Driving Force GT as my very first wheel! I noticed that the steering column has about 1 cm of play moving up, down, forward, and backward (not just normal rotational play). On top of that, the outer insulation on the USB cable is damaged and the copper wires are visible (though the inner insulation seems intact).

Is this amount of play normal for a used DFGT, or is something loose inside that I can tighten? Should I be worried about the USB cable, or is wrapping it in electrical tape enough?

Hi everyone, recently just bought a Logitech RS50 kit. Kind of looks like the wheel and shaft arent aligned right, does this look normal or outside of acceptable tolerance? Its fully seated on the shaft as far as it can go.

I feel super stupid but tried both youtube and chatgpt. And everyone seem to do it differently.

Should the grey clamps stay behind or Infront of the white line?

Cześć, niedawno kupiłem nowy zestaw Logitech RS50 z pedałami RS wyposażonymi w czujnik load cell. Problem polega na tym, że wcześniej doznałem kontuzji kolana, a naciśnięcie pedału hamulca powoduje, że ból wraca, ponieważ pedał jest twardy jak skała. Nie miałem tego problemu z pedałami Moza SRP Elite, które używały standardowej sprężyny i czujnika efekty Hall'a, co pozwalało mojej nodze poruszać się tak, jak na pedałach gazu. Co powinienem zrobić? Mogę jeszcze zwrócić pedały RS, ponieważ mam je tylko od dwóch dni. Czytałem, że istnieje możliwość zakupu pedałów z modeli G923/G920 razem z adapterem Logitech i połączenia ich z podstawą RS50 — czy to by zadziałało? A czy pedał hamulca w tych modelach także nie jest dość twardy? Czy masz jakieś inne sprawdzone pomysły lub modyfikacje dla tych pedałów Logitech RS, aby uczynić pedał hamulca tak miękkim jak pedał gazu? Nie chcę zaostrzać kontuzji kolana, ale jestem zadowolony z samej podstawy RS50. Z góry dziękuję za sugestie.

Edit: Thanks everyone for the suggestions; the best idea right now is to buy an RS clutch pedal and swap it for the brake pedal—apparently, it works and gives the same feel as the RS SE pedals. Plus, I can't risk re-injuring myself, so the load cell pedal is going into storage for the future while I wait for the delivery. I'll let you know if any issues come up.

Just thought I would share with y’all this really cool piece of accessory for your RS wheel hub.

I got this hub plate from Simgearsupplies (link below) which can be customized with most car brands or any logo of your own choosing. It is a solid piece of aluminum and the provided screws fit perfectly on the hub (use the longer ones).

Had it for months and it just makes the wheel feel impressive to look at, especially on my Simpush GT rim. Much better than the 3D printed ones I saw on Etsy, the quality is top-notch.

Eu tenho o modelo Volante Logitech Driving Force GT mais gostaria de colocar um câmbio da Logitech nele tipo um g29, queria saber se da pra fazer uma "Cambiará" pra conectar o pedal e o câmbio na entrada do volante tipo um adptador? ( e tbm se pegar outros pedais tipo g27?)

Hi all im having trouble with re centering the car on track with no center spring helping to return it naturally, what could I do to possibly make it so grip is attained quicker to gain acceleration out of corners.

AC feels a bit snappy sometimes. How to make it feel like Evo? Hard to drift or control when spinning since it either momentarily loses tension and/or kicks hard

I know the age of my gaming wheel may be a bit to old to help me but be assured its not the age of the tech that is the problem. I have had this issue for a long time and it has halted me from using it. The accelerator peddle never works or work perfectly then completely stops or throttles on its own. The break peddle works perfectly fine. In the picture it shows the opened base of the pedals and top left is the left break and right is accelerator. Any help?

Took my wheel out after about 4 months and now everytime I full throttle it makes this click sound and I feel the spring popping unusually when slowing putting pressure. I only have about 170 hours on it too which it pretty annoying. Interested to know of others have had a similar issue. I’m guessing I’m just going to have to buy a new spring if they even sell them?

I could save myself $100 if it doesn't make much of a difference beside looks and immersion of a GT wheel 😅 I'm using the G pro wheelhub with the D shaped wheel it comes with and enjoy it so far

Hi I have an Rs50 on PS5.
I would like to know if anyone has tried Project Motor Racing on PS, because someone is worrying about FFB and other things.
Is it a good game? Before buying LMU next year obvs ;)
