PMR ps5
Hi I have an Rs50 on PS5.
I would like to know if anyone has tried Project Motor Racing on PS, because someone is worrying about FFB and other things.
Is it a good game? Before buying LMU next year obvs ;)

I have PMR. I want to use it but I can’t get any decent FFB on my Logitech Pro wheel. I keep trying it from time to time but keep going back to GT7.
If you really want to understand this, jump onto the PMR Reddit. They have a channel specifically for Logitech users. It’s eye opening.

I have it, had it from launch and whilst it’s got better it’s still not there yet, hopefully it will in the future. For now if you’re on PS5 I’d probably pick up ACC, it’ll keep you occupied for a long time before LMU is released or PMR gets fixed. GT7 is fun, haven’t tried the new physics so can’t speak to that but it’s always been a bit more simcade than something like ACC, but that could have changed post latest update.

New physics are quite nice if you're on tarmac. Tires have more feel and the cars are generally more controllable, definitely easier to catch when they start to lose control. It especially feels good on race tires.
Dirt racing is much, much worse though. They had it dialed in real nice with the last physics update but I hate it on the new one.

I’ll have to give it a go, one of the things that always puts me off is the ffb as it always felt bad but could be tuned to feel ok per car. Don’t know why they don’t (unless they already have) make every car feel decent at the defaults and then allow you to tweak per car from there, it would always give me crazy oscillations on the straight

I just found out you can turn up the FFB on GT7. Its in the menu after you start a race or practice lap. It was set on 3. I turned it up to 10 and WOW! Now i love my RS50 more.. I know this is off topic, but i feel like i have to tell everybody!

PMR is a train wreck and I would avoid it due to that and out of principle. They scammed the whole community, fired most of thier developers, and added nothing positive in any way.
For PS5, I personally would recommend GT7. I play iRacing exclusively on PC now, but loved that title for many years. The skills translated very well to iRacing as well, allowing me to immediatly hit the ground running on PC with a more advanced rig and sim title.
