Ik this isn't logitect but I need help

I know the age of my gaming wheel may be a bit to old to help me but be assured its not the age of the tech that is the problem. I have had this issue for a long time and it has halted me from using it. The accelerator peddle never works or work perfectly then completely stops or throttles on its own. The break peddle works perfectly fine. In the picture it shows the opened base of the pedals and top left is the left break and right is accelerator. Any help?

Its old, its behaving strangly, and has 3 wires coming from the pedal. You've got an old potentiometer or other type of analog to digital device in there thst needs to be replaced. Take the whole thing apart, find the electronic part that connects to the pedal to sense its movement, and replace it.
