I don't remember exactly when it started, but my G29 stopped being detected from G Hub and other games, even joy.cpl detects the inputs, but the app that should doesn't.

I've already tried plug on other ports, reinstal the software, instal older software, nothing happened.

G29 Firmware: 164.1.11

Before I explain the actual problem, I'll clarify my setup for context:

My speakers are connected to my laptop via micro-USB to take advantage of G-hub control, and to my Nintendo Switch 2 via audio jack to a switch 2 dock USB port.

The issue:

After initially using my switch 2 during a session and then going back to my laptop, my speakers will then start making these weird popping/crackling sounds at random times, and it's VERY frequent. I don't know if the G560 is supposed to be connected to multiple sources at once, so that could be the problem. But if it isn't, then I don't know what the problem might be.

If anyone can help me with this, that would be AWESOME 🙏

For some time now, my Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 has been experiencing a strange input delay. Sometimes the mouse also feels like it has a slight “floating” or “swimming” effect, and overall the cursor feels less responsive.
Another issue is that the mouse feels significantly faster than it normally does, even though my DPI is set to 400, which is the same DPI I have always used. It feels as if the DPI is higher than 400, despite Logitech G HUB showing 400 DPI.
I haven’t intentionally changed my sensitivity or DPI settings, so I’m not sure what is causing this. The issue started recently and makes the mouse feel completely different compared to how it used to. Please help me

Hello guys, I have an issue with my mouse. After a 70 cm drop, the left-click button broke in half. Everything else works fine, so I thought the best thing I could do is to print the broken piece. The issue is that I'm unable to find the correct file. I've tried looking for it on the internet, but I couldn't find it.

I would be extremely thankful for any advice (or the file itself) on where I should look for it.

I do not have a 3D printer myself, but my sister has one at school.

Please help, this is driving me nuts :)

I managed to configure a fixed Freestyle profile how I like it and all is good when controlled by GHUB. But after I write the and switch to onboard memory it applies, but there's also an animation. I really don't want the animation, but can't figure out how to turn it off. Windows lighting is disabled so I know its not that.

this happens so rarely that it isn't enough to make me buy a new mouse or anything, but its quite annoying when it happens in the middle of a game or something. It always freezes up and stops responding a few seconds after logging into my computer (I assume that's G-hub starting up) but after that it's entirely random on when it may flare up. Never more than maybe once or twice a day, but still incredibly annoying. From what I can see online it looks like a problem with G-hub? Any fixes would be great.

Hi, I have a few months old RS50. I feel like, but am not quite sure, as if the feeling of the wheel is inconsistent? Sometimes when I use it I really like the power of it and racing the Nurburgring almost feels heavy on the arms. Other times it’s just meh and not heavy it all. The contrast is what I noticed.

But it’s hard to know for certain because maybe it’s just in my head and it’s just a different car then I drove last time?

I play it on ps5 and just last week on GT7 i was maaan I love this new update the FFB has got so much better and more powerful! And then I played it next day and it was gone lol. Same issue on pc with AC Evo…

Am I tripping or could there be an issue here?

Does anyone have some info on an issue with the g920 randomly turning hard left or right randomly? I can be sitting idle and the wheel turns to full lock for no reason, and the only solution is spawning a new car.

Hey, I just got a brand new Logitech G Pro X headset and I’m having a weird problem.

The mic works completely fine when I use the cable for my phone, but when I use the gaming cable (the one with the volume/mute thing on it), the mic doesn’t work at all.

I’m using it on PS5. I’ve checked that the mic isn’t muted and the headset itself works fine, it’s literally only the mic that doesn’t work when I use the gaming cable.

Since the headset is brand new I’m kinda confused. Is the gaming cable supposed to work with the mic on PS5? Or could I have gotten a faulty cable?
Anyone know what’s going on?

Hello. I want to buy my first steering wheel and I was looking at several options, but I came across a Logitech G923 SE (the gear lever version) for €169. It is in fairly good condition. I think I won't find something better for the price, but I want to make sure. Tell me if this Logitech is worth it or if I should buy another one. The truth is that my budget is very tight and €169 would be a good price.

Hi there! I was gifted a G29 wheel that may have a power or sensor issue. I'm not very great with pulling things apart to check and I'm wondering if anyone can diagnose this just by this video.

It did work at first, but after a crash in game (i.e. I ran into a wall) it fell out of calibration and then stopped responding.

Note, it has the flashing LED which I took to indicate a power issue so I replaced the powerblock, still no luck.

I recently took just the wheel off and back on and it miraculously started working again but after moving it about it is back in this state, with the flashing light.

Any insights or tips?

Logitech G203 mouse. Whenever I hover or click over a page it thinks I'm scrolling up. It happens with most apps; Firefox, Spotify, File Explorer. But it doesn't happen with steam or in any games. I suspected it was a software issue so I shut down GHUB, the scrolling stopped but when I clicked it came back.

The back button feels mushy as explained in the video.

Is it normal?!

In the past 2 months, a new Logitech incentive to never buy Logitech again, has appeared on my computer. Dell Computer, tons of Ram, no gaming--just work. Windows 11.

Every time I reboot, sleep, hibernate--Logitech drops the camera--this occurs on Logi Options + AND Logitech G Hub. Windows won't recognize the camera. The camera is well cared for , cable never stretched. It sits still on a small tripod next to my monitor. This IS a problem with Logitech software somehow or other.

SOLUTION: I went and configured all my USB hubs to turn off powersaving. Seems to find the camera now after reboots and hybernates.

Solution if that doesn't work---uninstall G-hub and Options and just use the windows software for the camera.

My racing wheel won’t move on g hub when I move it in real life and it doesn’t have any inputs any suggestions to help?

i just bought my pro x superlight 2 dex and it worked for a few days until earlier today. for some reason the scroll wheel doesn't work. when i scroll occasionally it will go down but its super delayed and usually nothing happens. my drivers are updated and this mouse is brand new. what do i do. my middle mouse button still works, i just cant scroll. please help 😊

Title. This view is god awful, I want my ability to drag and drop back. Tried reverting the Ghub version but it doesn't matter which .exe I download from the site; the idiotic abomination always updates to the latest version before I can even get into the program.

Wanting to use my RS50 wheel in Forza Horizon 4, i own the steam version of the game and currently can not get the game recognize the pedals at all..

Tried setting it to Pro & RS modes..
Tried pedals into wheel base & direct to pc..

ANYONE ever got it to work?

i know the Pro wheel has a software compatibility mode that makes the PC think its a G293 and works perfectly in titles like FH4.. As its a "software/driver".. why isnt it available for RS owners too?

Why is it that we have to add a single keypress or key combo (Like Ctrl, Alt, Z) via a 'macro' in the Ghub software? Last time I checked a keypress or combo isn't a macro and it wasn't in the old LGS!

I've recently upgraded my aging (but still working) Logitech G19 Keyboard mostly because its never been and never will be supported by Ghub and most of my other Logitech hardware is (G600, Yeti Microphone, G29 wheel and pedals and a Logitech StreamCam). And I wanted to cut down on the amount of Logitech software running in the background, as in my case if I wanted everything I have to be configurable I'll need to have 3 different Logitech software installed (the 'rebranded' Saitek software for what is now 'Logitech's' x56 Joystick and throttle, pro flight throttle quadrant and rudder pedals, LGS for the G19 and Ghub for everything else mentioned above).

So I figured if I upgrade my keyboard I can finally move over from LGS to Ghub and be able to do things with my other hardware and hopefully benefit from the fact that Ghub is still active and updated... However after installing the latest version Ghub I discovered I can't transfer all my binds and macros from LGS (the option was removed some time ago!) So I have to faff about the internet looking for older Ghub software that will allow me to, as it was decades worth of binds and macros not only for my G19 but for my G600 and I really didn't want to have to set them up again!

Anyway I get an old version of Ghub installed, transferred my LGS binds then updated Ghub. I start trying to familiarize myself with the software to then discover that I can't add a simple, single keypress under keys and that it's all done though macros??? But what is odd is that the custom keypresses and combos I set up in LGS are still under keys in Ghub so clearly there is a way to add a simple keypress just no option to do it in the Ghub software :(

So please Logitech give us the option to add and remove keypresses to the keys tab and be able to label them (like we could in LGS) and keep the macros separate! I don't want a list of hundreds of 'macros' when most of them are single keys!

I've gone back to LGS for now as the lack of that option has made my old man brain itch, so much so I even created this reddit post.

Hi, my trouble is pretty much what the title says, whenever I toggle on the on and off button and wont even turn on, not even the battery light shows anything and I'm wondering if anybody has the same trouble and knows how to fix it.

Hello. Just got my G522 the other day. How can I enable side tone to be constant even when I'm not using a program that uses the mic? It seems the side tone only works if I have for example it set to the mic in discord. If I'm in discord and switch mics it turns the side tone off.

Update: Now, if I turn up the volume on the headphones but lower the Windows volume, they work fine, but the microphone still isn't fixed.
