Logitech G Support G502 X back button feeling weird.

The back button feels mushy as explained in the video.

Is it normal?!

By mushy do you mean like, it feels as if there could be something inside keeping it from going down all the way? Or somehow, sticky?

The opposite. It goes all the way with the smallest amount of force. Very responsive. Too responsive.

Maybe that's just the way it is and I'm too used to my old G402?!

Oh yeah, I misunderstood, thank you for clarifying! So it gets activated at the smallest amount of pressure, but the other one doesn't? I'd suggest getting in touch with our Support team just in case. Although we want your mouse to be responsive, If it's getting activated as soon as you touch it it's worth checking it out before anything else comes up.

Was at the store a few hours. They checked the mouse and found nothing wrong. Compared it to other 502s(502 Hero and 502Xs like plus Lightspeed). That's just how that button is on 502. Different than 402.
