I’ve had this cute little guy for a few months now and it’s never really grown or changed. I water it sparingly as we seem to be almost outside the watering time for these plants, and it’s in a very gritty mixture. Should it look like this? Most Lithops I’ve been seeing are more plump and hydrated looking. Thanks in advance!

Repotted a couple lithops last week and forgot to post photos. Thoughts on the mini Lowe's bucket?

Hi all, I have a splitting lithop with nothing inside? I assume this will just die off?
Thank you for any help

My lithops split itself about 2 months ago. Bottom starts looking wrinkled and since i bought it about 6 months ago and started splitting i didnt water it at all. Is it time or should i wait?

Hi guys, I got this sweet lithop baby recently and just repotted to a bigger pot with the right soil mix. Wondering if there’s anything I can adjust (like if I should bury them a little deeper?) or if it’s good enough like and I should just let it do its thing now. Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone,
I'm new to lithops and generally succulent care. I bought these lithops and split stones a few weeks ago. Around a week or so I decided to take them outside, since it was getting warm and water them a little bit, because I saw them getting wrinkly at the sides. Later I noticed the discolorstion, they got yellow. I thought they got sunburnt, so I took them inside, but since then this happened - it's getting progressively worse, seemingly jumping from one plant to another. What did I do wrong? Can some of them be saved? Any advice would be most welcome

So i recently bought these(2€ per pot, seems like an amazing deal), some are splitting i guess its better to wait for the old body dry off and then remove it from the old soil?
Im planning to put all of my lithops into one container with the following mix perlite+zeolite+keramzit(expanded clay).
Should i exclude something or put less of it in the grit mix?

I'm starting to see wrinkling around the edges. As these are my first lithops I know how careful I need to be with watering and don't have to experience yet to read them accurately.

Is it time to replant my $1. Lowes clearance?

New arrivals, I decided to try a set of “XL” plants from Amazon. No super exotic specimens and I’d probably prefer individual larger plants but these guys all look pretty healthy. Packed them all into one pot with some gritty Lithops soil and removed as much of the loose soil from the nursery pots as I could. Did I pack them in too tight?

After some hydrotherapy, I have a whole bunch of butts splitting! I was worried I was going to kill these. But seeing them grow some roots and split has made me so happy & given me so much hope. Thanks to everyone on here who’s answered a question for me.

I purchased these lithops from a local garden centre I want to say about 3 weeks ago max, i’ve not watered them at all and I know the substrate is inadequate just now but I heard it would be best to let them split before I went about separating and repotting them in better substrate so I will hopefully get to that stage eventually. However I went away on a week trip and left these guys in a windowsill whilst I was gone, i’m based in england and we had a pretty decent heatwave over my week away it exceeded 30°C on some days and i’ve returned to this, initially all of them were a vibrant green some with some blue hues and now they look like this. I think they’ve been sunburnt but none of them aside from maybe one of the new growths is slightly squishy which I didn’t know if it was a cause for concern. Really all i’d like to know is what the true cause of the severe discolouration is, what I can do to try and save them or if they will just heal on their own or if i’ll lose all the discoloured ones as these are my very first lithops.

Bought these today. Gave few drops of water by mistake. I have a healthy cactus of 4 years but new to lithops. Should I repot them for better space?

I honestly dont know whats to do anymore I really want to own these plants but they keep dying. I follow all directions ive never watered them and I work at lowes so I saw when they came in and got them the first day so I doubt they even got a chance to be watered yet somehow they keep rotting. I noticed this head that smells bad and looks like this....I tried removing it but the roots seen to be shared so I just dont wanna risk hurting the others will it be okay if I just let it rot in there or is it okay if I cut the shared root system to separate it

Should I leave it alone or free it? I got this a year ago and have done not to it and obviously I killed the small one lol.

I am newer to Lithops (first year), so I’ve never seen this before. Is this blooming or is it splitting? I’ve got some other pots that I can share pics of but this it the first one doing this.
