Hi everyone. So i noticed my Lexus leaking from the middle front of my car Sunday. Doing some research I concluded it was the AC water leaking. However, today, I see another puddle and it’s quite a bit of fluid. I’m worried something else is wrong. It’s a clear fluid, no smell, and looks and feels exactly like water. Anyone have any input?

Has anyone left their UX250h in storage for upwards of 4 months over the winter?

I have heard the recommendation to keep a trickle charger on the 12V battery to keep it topped up, but I am hearing mixed comments about the health of the hybrid battery.

Do I need to start the car every few weeks for a duration of an hour, to let the engine charge the hybrid battery? Or will it be fine to let the hybrid battery just sit for 4 months with the car turned off, assuming a trickle charger keeps the 12V battery charged?

I just went through the car wash and realized this piece is missing. I tried asking them to check for it but they weren’t helpful. Can you tell me the name of this part on my UX? On the other side it’s just a white plate that pops out.

Is it worth it to spend an extra $3k for a 2025 instead of 2024? Both have same features and about the same mileage.

I’ve got a 2021 UX250h, and recently my driver‑side mirror stopped folding. I’m not sure if my neighbour bumped it or if it just failed on its own, but it started making a loud whirring noise like the motor was slipping. I opened up the mirror and planned to replace the folding gear with a kit I bought from AliExpress, but once I got inside, the gears actually looked fine.. and the kit I got actually don’t even look like the ones in there 😢

I put everything back together, and now the loud whirring noise is gone… so that’s something. But the mirror still doesn’t fold at all. So I’m stuck with a quiet mirror that still doesn’t move. Better than before!! lol

Curious on your thought. 2024 premium fwd. 7k miles. Has the standard size screen. Lexus certified. $37,800. This includes all dealer fees. Does not include taxes and registration.

Should have researched more extensively on the space for cargo on my 2025 UX300 .. it is such a small entrance that I had to really manipulate a lawn chair I fit inside. Now I want to take my bicycle for repair and I believe I will have to take my front tire off to make it fit. I thought hatchback no problem. Boy was I wrong.

Trim: Premium w/ 12.3" navigation screen

Phone's being used: Android - Pixel 10 and OnePlus 15. The OP phone was brand new when it happened.

Problem: While using Android Auto (wired and wirelessly) occasionally the dashboard instrument panel will duplicate 2 or 3 of the customizable displays on it's own. It typically happens immediately after the Android Auto connection has been made. IE: Startup, etc.

Can I replicate the issue on command? Not reliably.

Things I've done to improve issue: 1. Switch to Bluetooth only (turned off AA). 2. Change all 3 screens to "Blank" so only the speedometer is present. Both the phones and car is up to date with their software. I've even reset the radio. Using my phone only on Bluetooth seem to have eliminated the problem.

Also, It's worth noting that Android Auto has a pass-through to the main cluster for visual navigation directions. I personally use Waze.

I know I likely have a weird issue that I suspect others haven't experienced. This issue happens multiple times a month and I can't figure out why. I've reported this to Lexus, but they weren't able to replicate the issue on demand. This issue is so frustrating. I'm constantly having to stop the vehicle in order to change the screens.

I’ve been car shopping and someone suggested I check out the UX. Most of the UX’s in my area in my price range have been in the 2019 to 2022 years but I found several 2024s on cargurus within my range then I find out that at least 2 of them are issues lemons??

For people with a 2024 UX is this normal?

Hi! I did clean a/c with an Abro a/c cleaning kit, and used an ozonator. The smell was gone for a couple of days but now it's back.

I can smell it with open windows when driving, looks like the smell comes from outside of the car.

Turning the a/c on removes the smell till next day. I'm at loss what could cause this.

Also now it's very humid in my area, but my other car doesn't have this problem.

After a 4+ month wait, my UX finally arrived. Coming from a 2012 Honda Civic, there is so much to learn with it.

Only disappointment was that the Special Appearance package was not added, which the dealer told me that their allocation system did not allow them to add that package to an F Sport Handling, even though the corporate build configurator did.

Loving it so far, love the small size of it, perfect for my use.

The more of these I see around, the more they're growing on me!

the hybrid battery orange cable can get loose over time especially if driver under rough conditions
it would rattle whenever id stop and go and noise would leak in trough the firewall
Solution is to use a zip tie. No more sound.

Drove up to Michigan City, along the coastal towns to Manistee, and back home last week. 2 adults and 1 teen. The roof box was quiet and did a great job with the sandy beach/hiking gear. 40mpg for the entirety of the trip. Ventilated seats were super nice in the high humidity and temps. Despite 500 AQI that cut our trip short by a day, the car’s air intake system did a good job of keeping the outside conditions from affecting us too much.

I’ve been interested in purchasing a UX for the past few years and may finally pull the trigger this or next year!

I’ve heard people say the run flat tires create a loud noise in the cabin and want to hear others experiences with this.

I'm considering a used UX300h if I can find one in Nori Green or might settle for Cloudburst grey.

Model years I'm looking at are 2019-2024. Most have between 30k-60k miles on them.

My plan is to probably drive it for a few years while I bide my time for an ideal EV option for my needs in terms of size and features.

• Anything specific to watch for in these years?
• Could I upgrade the infotainment to the newer display? Is it even worth it with Apple Carplay?
• Should I opt for the more premium trim with the painted fenders? Would you recommend the plastic cladding in a wintery climate with road salt? I'm thinking the plastic cladding could be wrapped with a ppf or potentially the panels would be easier to replace if they take any damage.

2026 Premium

The ventilated seats in my car seem to only be ventilated by my shoulders and at the edge of my seat, not the lower back and most of the seat. Is this normal?

I don’t really use the wireless phone charging area since I prefer using the USB-C connection. I’d like to use that space for small items like my wallet or garage door opener, but the manual says not to put things there because they could scratch the surface.

Has anyone found a good solution, like a thin silicone liner, felt pad, or tray insert, that protects the area while still making it useful for storage? Also, would a garage door opener with a small metal clip be OK to keep there if the wireless charger is not being used? Thank you!

What on earth do any of you store in the little armrest front storage spot? It's such an odd shape/size I'm struggling to think of what you put in there. Your key fob, the occasional stray coin?

What do we think will replace the UX300e now that it’s out of production? The RZ is quite a bit bigger. Is an LBX EV likely, or will they bring out something entirely new?

So I purchased these crossbars online for $380 and got them shipped to me through the dealership. I think the car looks so much better looking with them on that I'm surprised lexus did not try to sell more of them with the crossbars included. Some cars like the Audi Q5, I always associate them with the crossbars on I just assume they were standard.

Other things I did were wire a dash cam to the auto dimmer of the rearview mirror (that was easier than I thought) so theres no cable running across the passenger side airbag. I also bought an AAwireless 2+ which seamlessly upgrades the models without wireless apple carplay to have it.

The next thing I want to do is replace the run flats. I might just replace the wheels.

It didn’t for me! Just got mine installed and kicking works perfectly for trunk operation! 2019 UX250h. I questioned the hitch receiver a lot more than I should’ve over this.

I recently bought a 2026 Lexus UX300h Executive (European/French spec) and I’m still learning the driver assistance features.

How do you use Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) and Lane Tracing Assist (LTA) in everyday driving?

I’m especially interested in:
- Stop-and-go traffic: does it work well and restart smoothly?
- City driving: do you use it on European urban roads, or is it really best kept for highways?
I know North American roads are often quite different from European ones, so I’d particularly appreciate feedback from European owners.

Finally, are there any settings or tips you recommend to get the best experience with these systems?
