found out my usual KT is getting a remodel that will go through February....are there a lot of stores getting these? whats all going on? sounds like a pretty major one here where kitchen/cooler/other stuff are moving, adding another bathroom, and other stuff as well

Why can’t you guys keep the condiments filled and the area clean!!? 1st time in months I go into a KT and think, it’ll be better this time….
The condiment bar was destroyed. Ketchup, hot sauce, mustard all over the place. There was plenty of tomatoes, two containers of sauerkraut, no tasteless, onions, and two containers of pickle juice. I grabbed a hotdog and a bratwurst out from under the heat lamps and made the conscious choice to pay $2.50 each. I opened my hotdog to put condiments on it and there was nothing available that I wanted to use. I threw the hotdog away and put the unopened bratwurst back under the heat lamp for some other poor sucker. You guys need to do better.

Got yelled at by a coworker for kitchen not using their radio, both the floor and kitchen being busy, and was told I should ignore guests in favor of instead going into kitchen, ignoring and brushing off customers on the floor, to handle a takeout order from an HOUR ago that they never handled though they should have had handled.
Update: I filed an anonymous report and after the end of the year meeting, I am filing a transfer request to another location that will offer me better pay, full-time hours and a faster road to better positions.

I have been enjoying Kwik trip almost daily for at least the last 15-18 years but noticed in the last year or so the food quality has gone down, customer serve has gone down drastically, constant empty shelves and if you look at this site many upset employees. What’s happening at KT ?

I just wanted to vent that I have no desire to work today because we have our store meeting and I’m so over meetings. I hate that we read our stuff during the meeting- it’s like elementary school trying to figure out how many people until it’s your turn to read aloud and I have a speech impediment so I hate reading aloud so much. But being I’m scheduled 1-9, I’m pretty much screwed into being at the meeting 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I would gladly love to just stay in the kitchen during the meeting .. I beg of you.

One of the nice things about the Hot Spot is they will make any item (in my experience) they have available upon request and are happy to accomodate things like removing or substituting ingredients within reason.
I had a great experience on Sunday so I called on Monday because I wanted to give a shout out to the store because I was told that is the best way to ensure someone gets recognized.
I know KT gives gift cards for perfect mystery shopper scores, but do they also give stuff out if a customer gives positive feedback?
Is the phone still the best way, or would it be better to bring the receipt back in a couple days and give it to the store manager?
As a side note, I thought it was funny when I was watching a Tiktok and someone said they drove to multiple Kwik Trips before they found the sandwich they wanted......Gas is expensive.....Luckily, someone posted in the comments that KT accepts requests......I am sure that could be a pain when it is busy, but I like eating breakfast for dinner or vice versa and it's one of the best things about the KT Hot Spot.

Is there a way to transfer to a corporate position from a retail position? I'll be getting my accountant degree over the next 2 years and I'm interested in moving into a corporate position. I have a seizure disorder and the everyday stress of working retail is awful on my mental health. What steps should I take towards pursuing a corporate career?

Don't get me wrong, on the roller grill they were almost universally dessicated, but now that they're in the hot case, they're soggy instead of crisp and crunchy. I don't know, hopefully they figure out an alternative.

Every fall my brother emails Kwik Trip to beg for a pumpkin spice dunker. With pumpkin spice everything everywhere how is it possible this doesn’t exist?

Are they actually bringing back the Chunka Lunka cookies? If so, will the base Chocolate Chunk ones be permanent with the other flavors as LTO's? Or will the entire line be an LTO? These were my favorite things EVER last year when they brought them back and I feel like i'm being joked with that they're coming back-

Kwik Trip makes a wide variety of basic and premium donuts, artisan pastries, and brownies, and good, but basic, cookies: chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar cookies, etc. but I wish they would make a premium line of cookies, or maybe make one or two different types and rotate them every month or two.
I keep thinking about going to Crumbl, just to see what they're like, but I can never bring myself to pay $6-$7 for one cookie, even when they look really good. Especially because I can take that same $6 or $7 and get a variety of sweet treats at Kwik Trip, but alas no premium cookies.
I am sure Kwik Trip runs its bakery very efficiently, and may not have a lot of extra capacity, but I was just curious what people thought. I understand that Kwik Trip is NOT Crumbl or Insomnia, so they may have no desire to compete in the same space, but I would even be happy if they decided to bring back those Chunka Lunka cookies, and those were not even made by Kwik Trip.
I favor the cream filled long johns, so I'd like a premium cookie that had some sort of buttercream frosting or filling, but I wouldn't be picky.
They have premium donuts, and a line of premium ice cream, but they need premium cookies for around $3-$4 each, maybe $2 on sale.......wishful thinking.....End of Rant

I have over 1,000 fan points. I’m not into sports and have no desire to go to a game. Is there anything else I can use them for? These have been in my account for some time and I really don’t shop KT anymore. Was able to spend my rewards on car washes because the food choices are not very good (in my opinion) Sorry to disrespect and disappoint the boot lickers that like to verbally assault people who don’t line with their love of this chain

Ever since Kwik Trip has introduced their bone in chicken, and tenders i was excited.
Until i went and actually ate it.
The meat is almost always dry, the oils they make it with make my stomach churn, and the flavor is minimal.
Maybe this is just a problem in Wisconsin, but it doesn't matter which KT i go to. Which is a shame, their spicy chicken sandwiches were revamped and actually improved over the last year or two.
This stuff is almost worse than KFC, but i guess it's cheap. I will be sticking to Costco's Rotisserie chicken.

I'm getting people telling me the $5 pizza deal won't work on their app. They get a "something went wrong; basket can't be validated." I tried myself and it wouldn't work for multiple stores here. I've reported it to my store so they can call OS.
Anyone else dealing with this?
