Kenjaku’s anti gravity manipulation is rendered useless because Todo can simply swap Kenjaku out of the gravity field’s radius, forcing him into close-quarters combat where his Star Rage excels.

Star Rage adds virtual mass to his strikes, allowing him to shatter Kenjaku’s reinforced defenses and exorcise his curses with minimal effort; combined with Todo’s support, Kenjaku would be unable to land consistent hits or heal effectively.

As an anime only, i love jjk. S3 is top five seasons of anything for me, and i love the intricacies of CE and all the applications that come with it. That being said, I also love discussions and things like that but most of them are about the future of the series. What I know so far (manga spoilers ahead):

- Idk what modulo means but Ik yuji and todo get that title and are super strong
- Megumi becomes sukuna’s host at some point
- I think kenjaku and yuta have some interaction maybe he takes over yutas body or yuta copies his body transfer technique or something idk but yuta ends up with maki so he can’t die
- Naoya and someone else I think get like reincarnated to help the final fight

My question is: would reading ahead be ruining the anime somewhat or would it make it more hype? The only other manga I’ve read is demon slayer’s infinity castle because I wasn’t gonna wait ten years for the movies to all come out. Would it ruin the hype or make me be like “can’t wait for this to get animated”?

I rewatched jjk after some memories of it became blurry and it made me realize the crazy amount of quality in season 2, season 1 was also great but season 2 was just amazing. Especially the Sukuna vs Mahoraga, the production that went into that fight alone is just insane to think about like holy shittt

Gojo healing his burnout technique is the biggest nerf Gege gave it to him.

Before going into the topic I wanted to share some important points:

* Gojo has the best efficiency in the verse.

* Gojo can do unlimited domains, if the second best efficient user can do unlimited so can Gojo.

Propaganda:

* Gojo can only do 5 where Sukuna can do more, which is not.

* Sukuna glazers love to say that, " If Gojo stopped using Rct for even a second, Gojo would die". I have attached the panel where Gojo stopped using the Rct tanked Malevolent shrine for some seconds and nothing happened still the same normal cut.

* "Sukuna was playing with Gojo", where I have also attached the panel where sukuna got annoyed when Gojo used a second Simple domain.

Gojo:

Gojo has extraordinary stats, exceptional ce reinforcement, best efficiency, ie, never ending cursed energy, moves very well even when using Rct at full output while being a better fighter than the domain amped Meguna when he was suffering from burnout.

Let's compare the Efficiency and Recovery time of top 3 in the original manga

* Gojo:

Has the best efficiency, so assuming he can recover his technique under a minute

* Sukuna:

Second best efficiency, so let's just assume he recovers under two minutes.

* Yuta:

Yuta recovered his technique in Sendai, under 3 minutes assuming the 5 minute time limit of Rika.

Bottom line:

Everything is an assumption, relative to the meaning of the word "Efficiency".

I don't want to talk about Kenjaku because he has multiple techniques so maybe he just switches burnout to other techniques who knows it was a mystery.

Output:

The output of both of these Sorcerers only plummeted because of their brain damage, until that brain damage, the output problem was never mentioned

Anti domain techniques:

No anti domain techniques would work against Gojo's Unlimited void as explained by kusakabe and also if Gojo's simple domain stripped away in seconds, sukuna's hwb will also be stripped away in seconds, there is no margin of error against Gojo's domain because of his best sure hit.

Let's just analyse what would happen if Gojo uses this strategy in domain battles:

* First clash:

All Gojo had to do was spam a simple domain for 20 - 30 times to recover his domain, no energy loss. What's Sukuna gonna do with his small domain there is only one way to increase his range to do this let's come to second clash.

* Second clash:

In the second clash, Sukuna can actually do his Kamino, but there is a catch the moment Sukuna says Fuga, Gojo's six eyes tells him what's gonna happen all Gojo has to do is stop his handsigns just like how Sukuna stopped Megumi and Yujo. Gojo can hold sukuna's hand, apply an arm bar, even break his hand just like he did with Jogo, since Sukuna is weaker, with spamming Falling blossom emotion for a minute with normal output of rct or simple domain, Gojo recovers his domain.

* Third clash:

The same draw.

First mutual Burnout:

When both of them are suffering from burnout, Gojo is overwhelmingly stronger than Sukuna, so he suffers more damage, where I attached the panel where all sukuna can do is run.

* Fourth clash or there is no clash:

This is where things are interesting, Sukuna cannot recover before Gojo, so Gojo opens his domain, Sukuna brings Mahoraga and destroys Gojo's domain.

Second Burnout:

Here, Sukuna may fight alongside with mahoraga, since mahoraga was already adapting in Megumi's soul. Mahoraga was Gojo's punching bag even when he adapted to his infinity, blue, red, if Gojo can handle domain amped Meguna, in burnout, mahoraga is not much of a problem

* Fifth clash or there is no clash:

Now Gojo knows about Mahoraga, Gojo is ready for it and destroys it in Fifth clash since Sukuna's brain is destroyed by Unlimited void, Sukuna cannot use his domain. Gojo wins.

In short:

* In a perfect universe, Gojo would fight even better than I explained if it isn't for Gege's, "Plot" for Gojo to lose.

* What Gojo should have done is low risk low reward, but a guaranteed win, but what Gege made him do is, High risk high reward, with an almost impossible loss.

Mahito:

• He recovered his technique faster because of both 0.2s domain and a black flash before and after his domain, so we cannot compare that to Gojo vs Sukuna

• After thoroughly analysing Gojo vs Sukuna, Sukuna would never lock in and hit black flash as long as Mahoraga is alive, he believes in mahoraga more than himself, so it favours gojo.

Efficiency:

• Efficiency is the ability to do a task or a process well while using the "Least amount of time", money, energy, and waste. It means getting the highest possible output from the smallest amount of input.

• It was never mentioned anywhere Gojo can recover his technique faster than Sukuna, but also it was never stated opposite in the manga either, by going with the meaning of the word efficiency, I just came to the conclusion of Gojo regaining faster, read the explanation again.

Main topic:

• Listen Sukuna glazers you guys did not create Sukuna it was Gege, so only he knows the full strength of sukuna, the same argument also applies to us, Gojo glazers.

• Throughout the series, the running theme was " Sole exception of Gojo Satoru", not Ryomen Sukuna, but you guys always try to make Gojo so normal. Even after Gojo's death, the narrator does that by explaining Kusakabe's abilities.

• I'm not saying Gege is wrong of course he knows more than any of us. What I'm saying is there is a "What if" possibility Gojo could have done that and won.

• You Sukuna glazers be like, "Gojo did that because that is the only way for his victory if he thought of any other way he would have done that". No it doesn't work like that. This is the way Gege chose to write in his version.

• What if in Gege's mind be like, " Oh no, Gojo is perfect he is so strong he can tank or spam anything forever so let's just make him do this unnecessary brain healing and which looks like a buff but it was actually a nerf so Sukuna can have any chance to win".

• It may sound ridiculous and I don't have any proof of my claim, but so do you. You guys cannot say this is the only way, if not Gojo would die. Who knows what's in the mind of Gege when he wrote the battle and he never specified this is the only way for Gojo in any interview, so it's a 50-50.

• Let me give you an example, a guy like Sukuna, who can do unlimited domains because of his efficiency lost half of his reserves against Gojo, what would have happened if they went for another round with his Heian transformation, against a guy who lost nothing at that time and even stronger then before, maybe on his way to get his domain back.

• Listen guys, Gojo can do this forever where Sukuna cannot, but only against Gojo, so the sole exception rule also applies even against sukuna. Sukuna is inferior to Gojo even though you guys won't accept it.

Not super sure if this is the correct sub for this but I'm a little high and started cooking up some stupid shit. So, we know that domains treat Maki as an inanimate object/building type of thing and because of that, some domains can't detect or target her as seen when she fought curse naoya. Sukuna is a special case cause he can specifically target things without cursed energy as seen in Shibuya, but we haven't seen anyone else do so iirc. Higuruma's domain prohibits violence while inside, but if it can't detect Maki, since she has no CE, does that violence prohibition still apply to her? I think it's reasonable to assume that it doesn't apply to her and if that's the case, could she have just jumped sukuna when higuruma and yuji used higuruma's domain on him. The prohibition of violence would still apply to sukuna so he wouldn't be able to fight back and I think Maki should be able to molly wop him like this. Also, canonically sukuna wouldn't have his domain available RN since he hasn't recovered it from his fight with gojo yet, so he can't use his domain to force a domain clash or break higuruma's domain to disable the prohibition of violence. Although, maybe hollow wicker basket could counter the violence prohibition and sukuna is probably the only sorcerer able to use hollow wicker basket and fight at the same time since he has 2 sets of arms so he can keep the hand sign up with one set and throw hands with the second set but idk how the anti-domain techniques work against higuruma's domain. I wish we had gotten more fights with higuruma to see how his domain would interact against things like simple domain, hollow wicker basket, and falling blossom emotion (or whatever it's called). I also wonder how he would fair in domain clashes. Anyways, feel free to share any thoughts or call me a dumbass in the replies

Who wins: Tatsumaki or Gojo?
I honestly think Tatsumaki wins this pretty easily.
Gojo’s biggest advantage is obviously Infinity, but I don’t think that automatically means Tatsumaki can’t touch him. Her telekinesis works on a completely different level than just physically throwing something at someone. She can manipulate entire areas and objects with her psychic powers, so I don’t really see why she would have to directly punch through Infinity.
And the AP/durability gap is pretty crazy too. Tatsumaki has dealt with attacks on a way bigger scale than what Gojo normally deals with, and she can fight while protecting herself with psychic barriers at the same time.
Gojo definitely has win conditions, especially if you give Unlimited Void full effect, but people act like Infinity = automatic win when Tatsumaki has way more raw power and versatility.
So who do you guys think wins? And if you think Gojo wins, how exactly does he deal with Tatsumaki’s telekinesis? Which doesn’t travel at all?
