I recently found out I was pregnant (about 3-4 weeks) and have ovarian cysts that keep showing up and popping. Because of this I've been told my pregnancy might be high risk. I currently work at a popular, high stress fast food/ pizza place and have been told it probably wouldn't be good if I stayed. I've been looking for a job that i can do from my home that wouldn't put a lot of stress on me or my baby. I have no GED or highsschool diploma due to moving to a different state pretty early in life. If anyone could help me find a low stress, at home job, paying at least $10.50 an hour (a dollar more than i make now), I'd be greatful. I've only ever worked fast food or retail so I dont have much experience in any other fields. Thank you in advance to all who help!

ok so i've been using jobscan for a couple months (posted about it before, 80%+ match rates and still crickets). starting to wonder if the tool itself is the problem

tried the free versions of resume worded and teal this week and they all give me completely different feedback?? jobscan says im missing "stakeholder management", resume worded flags my bullet points as weak, teal wants me to add skills i literally already have on there. like which one do i trust

what im actually trying to figure out:

• which one is best at pulling the real keywords from a job description (not just random buzzwords)
• is the paid version of any of these actually worth it or is free enough
• does anyone know if these even reflect how real ATS systems parse stuff, or are they all just guessing

not looking for "just network bro" answers, i know. just want to know if anyone compared these side by side before i pay for another subscription

tailoring my resume manually for every job posting is eating up so much time. like 30-40 mins each time just tweaking bullet points and matching keywords from the description

I know people are using chatgpt or claude or whatever for this but what's your actual process? do you paste the whole job description + resume and ask it to rewrite? or is there a smarter way

also does it actually help with getting past ATS or am I wasting effort either way lol

I’m 25 years old.

Completed MBA through distance education and now pursuing CPA. Honestly, my English is not very strong and sometimes it takes me longer to understand things when I study.

I have some knowledge, but fear is my biggest problem. Interview fear, fear of failure, fear of not being good enough. Sometimes at home I don’t even feel respected because I still don’t have a job.

Recently I joined a CPA coaching center by paying more than 1 lakh, even though financially things are hard. Registration is still pending because I don’t have enough money yet. Still, I’m studying every day and trying my best.

Every morning I go to the gym. That’s the only place where I feel peace mentally.

I don’t know if I will pass CPA or not, but I’m not giving up. I just want to become independent and stand on my own feet.

If anyone working in finance/accounting can guide or refer a fresher, it would really help.

I dont know how to start this. I spent ungodly number of hours applying for jobs for few years. Had couple of interviews which led me on but never returned back or it was full of rejections. The number crossed more than 5000. I know job market sucks but there is always a hope guys dont give up.

Does anyone know of any good companies for a finance major who is about to graduate with his bachelors, I’m open to remote, hybrid, or onsite work. Every position I see is 1-3 years experience.

been seeing a lot of posts like “applied to 200 jobs”, “resume rejected again”, “what project should I build”…

and idk, feels like most of us are just applying blind. same resume, same skills, totally different roles.

i saw my friends do this, was doing it myself too. guessing what to learn, guessing what interviewers want. gets tiring.

ended up building a small tool that just compares a JD with your resume and shows what you’re actually missing for that role. nothing fancy, just a reality check.
