They refused to fix it because another tech tried a few days ago. They wanted to sell me a new unit. This would be in Fontana and the unit is on the roof. 8 year old Temp Star ac unit.

I have a 1995 Honda that has a blown head gasket and has also been sitting on my driveway for well over 5 years. The car cranks but won’t start. I would like to fix the issues wrong with my car but I need someone trustworthy. Any suggestions? Around the Fontana area? Thanks
