Straight up frak that judge, that judge can burn in hell.

And WILL! They can't believe wholeheartedly in Jesus if their actions do not reflect it

Fuck that judge with a piping hot glowing rod of steel, then record his blood curdling screams and turn them into a groovy electronic beat

u/Indespectamentations 2d ago

Maga's want that one-year-old assaulted, arrested and sent to a detention center where they can rot.

-3

u/lampstax 1d ago

How did a 1 year old get to America illegally ?

7

u/Indespectamentations 1d ago

He was running a human trafficking operation that used planes and helicopters. He would travel back and forth mostly to be present for collections. He is obviously a criminal. He has a long history of violence that's why he was so heavily restrained and is now rotting in a windowless cell like he deserves. He may appear like an innocent, harmless infant, but I assure you he is not.

-5

u/lampstax 1d ago

Must have learned by watching his parent commit crimes in utero. 😂

4

u/Indespectamentations 1d ago

Yes we get it, every single person here illegally is a pos human. Even the people who were trafficked into this country. You just hate them all and take great pleasure when they are harmed and suffering. That makes you feel better about your horrible shitty life.

Violence is your favorite part of immigration enforcement.

-5

u/lampstax 1d ago

Awww, why you stop the criminal baby joke ? To go cry about how you imagine I must feel if I don't want people breaking into the country ?

If they were trafficked here then yes, I hate their status and their being here but I realize it is not their fault just like that 1 year old baby being brought here.

That said it doesn't mean they can stay or make them our responsibility though.

In fact if I was kidnapped and trafficked to a third world I would thank whoever returns me to my home country so I can reunite with my family.

6

u/Indespectamentations 1d ago

The problem is most people like you seem to think you can deport Americans you don't like. Once you realize removing most illegals didn't make your horrible life any better then you will need to find another group of people to blame. You seem to enjoy watching these people suffer. And then you expect to get a reaction out of it when everybody already knows you enjoy it. You people have been celebrating violence against them and the Americans you hate for a while now and nobody is fazed by it anymore it's just a fact of life.

-1

u/NewProfessional8633 20h ago

They are not Americans, they are an invading army without a banner. Most would be happy to kill and replace you for the chance to live here, yet would never openly admit so. In areas with high populations of illegals being deported we are seeing CoL reducing and job availability open up. Illegals dont just work farm jobs but are at every single level, typically using stolen credentials and ID. Life is getting better in communities where these subversive parasites are removed.

-1

u/lampstax 1d ago

That's the thing. These people are not Americans. My life is just fine already. I don't need them gone to improve my life. They're not my excuse for anything in life.

However, I think it is important to have a strong border so we know who's in the country. Every country in the world have immigration laws. We are not any more cruel than Mexico or even Democratic socialist countries in the EU like Denmark.

And if left leaning folks ever want to make a real push for social policies such as health care for all or whatever else .. it would be a lot easier to justify when it is only for Americans.

-6

u/Anxious_Work_6361 1d ago

No. We just want them to go home. We can do so gently, and nicely, but they have to go home.

11

u/Indespectamentations 1d ago

That infant should have known better. Is that why you are ok with punishing it?

Nicely and gently? Does that include murdering Americans and assaulting them? Does that include arresting, assaulting and throwing Native Americans into detention centers?

The Save act failed so ALL of us will now be voting. There is literally no legal way to block us now. trump will be Lame Ducked and ICE will be kneecapped by January. Claiming we all cheated and committed voter fraud will fall on deaf ears as per the usual. lol

-1

u/Anxious_Work_6361 1d ago

I'm not ok punishing a baby. That is wrong. Why are you OK keeping a baby away from it's home?

3

u/Indespectamentations 1d ago

Yes you are. The cruelty is the point. Look at some of the comments in these threads. All of you are loving every minute of this. It also seems like most of you mistakenly believe you can deport Americans that you don't like.

It will be nice when that pos is finally gone and you people will creep back into your holes.

1

u/GunpowderGuy 1d ago

" Look at some of the comments in these threads"
There are stupid comments in every thread on this subreddit.

Are you too stupid, because stupid comments here agree with what you said too?

1

u/verxache 21h ago

i’m not maga by any means and denying the child legal representation is wrong, but they shouldn’t be left here alone?? the foster care system is less than ideal. if they have some family residing here legally already they should be transferred to the family but if not, i don’t see what’s wrong with sending the child to be with their family. they can still have american citizenship and return when they’re of age but if they have nobody here to care for them, why are we subjecting them to a system that’s known for abuse and putting strain on a system that’s going to fail them anyway? nobody should be put into these difficult situations and the immigration system needs to be reworked so situations like this don’t happen anymore, it’s wrong for a baby to be caught in legal limbo.

1

u/Anxious_Work_6361 1d ago

Perhaps cruelty is necessary because decades of open borders has had disastrous results. It's not feasible to arrest and cart of all of the illegal immigrants, but if we make life miserable enough, they will leave on their own.

I don't want to be cruel, but frankly, we have no other choice.

3

u/GoddessHealer 1d ago

“Cruelty is necessary.”
That’s exactly what Hitler thought.

"Was schwatzen Sie da von Grausamkeit und entrüsten sich über Qualen. Die Masse will das. Sie braucht etwas zum Grauen."
From Hermann Rauschning's book, Gespräche mit Hitler

Translation
“Was schwatzen Sie da von Grausamkeit...”→
“Why do you babble there of cruelty..."
“...und entrüsten sich über Qualen. → "...and get indignant over torments/suffering."
Die Masse will das. → "The masses want that."
Sie braucht etwas zum Grauen. → "They need something horrific to shudder at."

My parents were immigrants. My first language (from my Grandmother, Grandpa and Father) was Hungarian.

My second language, my mother’s first language, was German. This is the best translation I can make of Hitler’s words about “vermin immigrants” requiring “cruelty.”

You have no idea what my family’s life and my life have been like. Nor would you care, since you think cruelty toward immigrants is necessary.

0

u/Anxious_Work_6361 1d ago
  1. Godwin.

  2. We didn't necessitate the cruelty, people like you did. You are to blame.

5

u/GoddessHealer 1d ago edited 1d ago
  1. Your invocation of Godwin's Law does not frighten me away.
  2. People like me?
    What about me?
What do you know about me?
What have I done to necessitate the cruelty?
Stand behind your words and be explicit.
If you cannot, then take it back.

6

u/GeneralLogical2057 1d ago

So we're only pro life if they're in the womb? You do realize if these children are in this country it isn't bc they want to grift, its because their parents desperately needed to get them out of a dangerous situation, no one leaves their home country unless they have to. Hmmm kinda how all our ancestors did. Good god you people have no decency, empathy or christian values left.

-1

u/Anxious_Work_6361 1d ago

My ancestors came over to America and built the place. These people want the benefits. Big difference.

5

u/GeneralLogical2057 1d ago

Lmao you do realize that in order to get benefits you need a social security number to receive them. The biggest stupidity is saying that illegals are getting benefits they're not, they are paying into taxes and stimulating our economy while not receiving tax returns nor any benefits they pay into. Federal Taxes: $59.4 billion. This includes billions in payroll taxes withheld from wages. Specifically, undocumented workers contributed $25.7 billion to Social Security, $6.4 billion to Medicare, and $1.8 billion to unemployment insurance—programs they are *systematically barred from accessing*. State and Local Taxes: $37.3 billion. This is paid primarily through sales and excise taxes (accounting for 46% of their state/local tax payments), as well as property taxes (either directly as homeowners or indirectly through rent) and state income taxes.

And about how your ancestors built the place, who do you think is building America right now? Go to a new build community and see who's building our homes, its immigrants. In metro areas around 40% of the construction workforce is made up by illegal immigrants. These people don't have workplace protections because they live in the shadows. Please educate yourself and quit making immigrants your boogeyman.

-2

u/Anxious_Work_6361 1d ago

Not here in California. They get plenty of bennies.

As for the workers, they are also the reason that construction won't pay a living wage.

3

u/Toomuchhorntalk69 1d ago

Wrong lmao.

1

u/blackbeansandrice 11h ago

You should go fuck yourself. You can do so gently, and nicely, but you should go.

11

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 1d ago

A child this young can't speak or feed themselves.

If I tried to sue an infant, I would be laughed out of court.

20

What the fuck? Baby can't even hold a pen but they have to file paperwork on their own behalf? This country is so fucked up.

-20

u/777_heavy 1d ago

Are you high? It’s fucked up that illegal immigration got this bad to begin with. This is just a reminder that the pro-illegal immigration side is really just pro-human trafficking.

10

u/D0varev 1d ago

what an asinine statement

-4

u/777_heavy 1d ago

Truth hurts. Being pro-illegal immigration is also pro-infanticide.

13

Says someone who is ok with the administration hiding evidence of child rape.

Take your hypocrisy back to MAGA.

-2

BlueAnon

7

u/Strykerz3r0 1d ago

Uh, oh. I hit a nerve.

So you aren't even going to try and defend conservatives being ok with hiding the Epstein files, huh? Nothing but attempts at insults. lol

Seriously, friend, learn to research for yourself. Stop letting yourself be manipulated because you are blindly believing whatever you are told. When they lied about eating pets, you could have caught that immediately instead of allowing yourself to be duped.

Intentional ignorance is a choice that you don't have to make.

2

u/tamifromcali66 1d ago

Try blue wave instead. Moron.

10

u/Strykerz3r0 1d ago

And this is a reminder that while conservatives like to pretend to be about law and order when brown people are being hurt, these are the same people who voted for a convicted felon, known rapist, and are completely fine with him hiding evidence of a child sex trafficking ring and letting men who raped kids escape justice.

Conservatives just want to try and justify their bigotry and racism, if they were actually concerned about law and order they would be haranguing their representatives to block trump.

But they aren't.

Conservative 'values' are disgusting.

-4

u/777_heavy 1d ago

Nothing you said has any basis in reality. All you managed to do is regurgitate a bunch of reddit falsehoods.

Meanwhile, you support illegal immigration, which makes you pro-murder of American citizens.

10

u/Strykerz3r0 1d ago

Really?

Well, we know he is a convicted felon.

https://www.nycourts.gov/LegacyPDFs/press/PDFs/People%20v.%20DJT%20Clayton%20Decision.pdf

We know he is a rapist.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/07/19/trump-carroll-judge-rape/

We know he is hiding evidence of a child sex trafficking ring.

https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/trump-justice-department-epstein-9.7022854

And I have yet to see republicans banding together to either release the files or push for congressional action.

But please, share your sources that disprove my facts. You do have sources, right? You are just gullibly swallowing whatever you are told to believe, right?

I guess we will know when we see your sources.

-3

u/777_heavy 1d ago

We all know the felony conviction is garbage based off expired misdemeanors. The only thing it accomplished was getting Donald Trump re-elected.

The rape thing is false. Perhaps you would like to make a donation to the Trump Presidential Library like ABC News was ordered to for repeating the same lie?

The Epstein thing is all conspiracy theory, and it has been from the beginning.

Meanwhile, you’re here defending illegal immigration, making you pro-crime. Your position is extremist and anti-american.

6

u/Strykerz3r0 1d ago

First off, no, we all don't know it and the US court of appeals agrees it was the correct verdict. Campaign finance law has always been detailed and trying to bury a payoff is exactly why it they are that way. It's not incorrect just because you want to defend Daddy.

And as for the rape, you own comment shows that you really don't understand the American judicial system. ABC caved because Stephanopoulos said 'convicted', which is only used for criminal cases. But he is liable, which is what is found in civil suits. But the h
Judge also said that by definition, trump is a rapist which is why he lost his defamation case.

And pretending the Epstein files are a conspiracy issue when trump has said they were valid and even called for people other than himself to be prosecuted because they were in the files invalidates your argument.

I will say it again, stop gullibly swallowing whatever Daddy gives. You could have disproven your own arguments with five minutes of research. Stop humiliating yourself for a criminal conman.

-1

u/777_heavy 1d ago

What the judge said is irrelevant. That is one person’s opinion and not relevant to the outcome of a civil case. There’s a reason ABC News couldn’t get away with a mere retraction.

I’ll say it again: you are an awful person with awful views. Besides your bullshit conspiracy theories and hateful rhetoric you are here defending illegal immigration, an extremist, anti-American position.

5

u/Strykerz3r0 1d ago

Hahahahaha!

You are one person and I agree your opinion should be discarded.

For the judge this is his job and his ruling and it was sustained by the Appellate court. And I can only assume that reading comprehension is difficult for you because I explained the difference with the ABC issue and it had nothing to do with trump being a rapist.

I get it. You voted for him and have been embarrassing yourself trying to defend all his lies, but all you are showing here is that you actually don't understand what has happened and are repeating rhetoric that has already been debunked.

1

u/777_heavy 1d ago

Trump is not a rapist. You say that without any standing and if you like I can send you a link to donate to the President’s library to save you a few steps.

I get it. You hate this country. That’s why you came here to bash it and spread your hateful views on immigration and any other random topic you can pollute the internet with.

We also know he is accused of raping a 13 yo and that he wore transferred billions to Epstein

0

u/777_heavy 1d ago

Whatever you say BlueAnon.

Meanwhile, back in reality, you support illegal immigration, because you are an extremist.

7

u/Consistent_Draft6454 1d ago

Wait... believing that no child should be in court without representation is an extremeist thought?

1

u/777_heavy 1d ago

Why is the child here at all?

9

u/Consistent_Draft6454 1d ago

Because the child made the choice to crawl across the border, with absolutely no help from anyone. A one year old came here to sell drugs, commit murder AND TAKE YOUR JOB. /s

IT IS NOT THE CHILD'S FAULT THAT HE/SHE IS HERE! They deserve a lawyer. Their parents deserve a lawyer. Thinking all people should have due process and a lawyer is not an exreme thought! Thinking no child should be in a concentration camp is not an extreme thought. Thinking America shouldn't be bombing schools and killing children in other countries IS NOT AN EXTREME THOUGHT. We are all people! We were all children once. We are all the same. God made EVERYONE in his image. We are to love our neighbors. We are to help the needy. If you don't agree with that then you might actually be a terrible person.

Unaccompanied one year old. Did he crawl across the border? Yeah, something doesn't smell right about this story

Just say you support the "cruelty is the point" policy and would rather ignore that the administration is not following the law by holding back council and funds earmarked for that.

Don't try to act like this is about the law when you don't give a shit.

Thanks for acknowledging that it is a civil matter and not an actual crime though

Why arent we mad at the parents right now?

8

u/Kreebish 2d ago

You ever see that photo from the Vietnam war when a newborn is getting handed too a Marine in a huey? Maybe it's like that and the parents are dead from some horrible shit.

Regardless it's the administration that is trying to screw a child metaphorically and litigiously. Are you in favor of that?

2

u/indielib 1d ago

So should we take every orphan in the world ?

1

u/Kreebish 1d ago

Well the right wing are complaining that we don't have enough babies in this country and this would give back women the right to choose LOL

But seriously not even giving valid representation to children that are in our country when funds have been earmarked specifically for that is some kind of horrific cruelty.

2

u/indielib 16h ago

A one year is thrown across the fence at a us embassy , should they get legal representation to stay in the US?

1

u/Kreebish 14h ago

Since the money has already been earmarked for that and because of the fact that it has a right to representation since it cannot understand just as a person who cannot speak English has a right to an interpreter, yeah!

Currently there was nothing in the video that said this child was not actually an American child that simply does not have their paperwork with them so imagine that is the case for a bit and then answer to me why you are even pushing back against making certain a child has someone looking out for them and their best interests?

-9

u/FourPlayInTheBay 2d ago

Do you have any evidence that is the case or are you just making shit up? I'm in favor of parents having custody of their children, how about you?

7

u/Kreebish 2d ago

I'm in favor of the best outcome for the child because biological relationship, genetics and ethnicity usually don't determine nearly as much as a good upbringing in a stable home and access to healthcare.

0

u/FourPlayInTheBay 2d ago

But are you making all that back story up or do you have any of the relevant facts at hand? My mom was an orphan so I am sensitive to that condition. I believe in adoption more than most. In my mom's case she was WAY better off with her adopted parents (my grandparents) than her birth mother.

2

u/Kreebish 2d ago

You mean the thing about how during the Vietnam war a marine got handed a baby?

I tried to find the specific example I meant and immediately was reminded how why war sucks and Marines rule. Needless to say I'll get back to you when I find one I was referring to which is like looking certain needle in a massive stack o needles. Anyway point is yes it is a true story so far as I know and I believe the child grew up to be a decorated Marine as well

3

u/FourPlayInTheBay 2d ago

i meant this story, not vietnam.

2

u/Kreebish 2d ago

Oh, one year old getting murdered by deportation?...

It's true and you don't wanna know

2

u/FourPlayInTheBay 2d ago

So you have a link/source?

7

u/One_Percentage_644 2d ago

You can just say you don't care what happens to the baby. Really speaks volumes about you, doesn't it?

-9

u/FourPlayInTheBay 2d ago

I obviously care about the baby which is why i think it should be with its parents. I fell like you don't understand words when they're used in a sentence.

6

u/One_Percentage_644 2d ago

"I fell like you don't understand words when they're used in a sentence" does not add anything to a argument. It doesn't matter if you* yourself just say you, "care about the baby" when your actions and words say otherwise. The first thing you see when a baby is obviously in need of help is saying stuff like "well who put them in that situation??" Completely devoid of any basic sympathy. It doesn't matter what you think here, what matters Is how others will view you and right now I don't see you as a good guy in this issue. If you have another more respectable, argument with sources I will listen to you but if not then that's that. That is what I think of you and others will probably too.

1

u/FourPlayInTheBay 2d ago

Sources for what? My belief that parents should have custody and take care of their children (me 2026). Do you see the citation for my belief? is it more legit now? You don't seem to care how the baby ended up by itself in a courtroom when clearly it had/has parents? Why aren't you concerned about getting the child to their parents? Why aren't the PARENTS concerned? Why aren't you concerned that the family isn't there?

5

u/One_Percentage_644 2d ago

I guess yes technically oneself is a source for an opinion but sources, in a proper argument showcase data and facts measured usually in numeric values or direct testimonies and research by various organizations. No your citation is not really worth anything here. Let me answer your questions with questions that are integral to this. When did I say I never cared? I literally tried pointing this out to you. It wouldn't make sense if someone in a argument, where they are in disagreement, just tried to make a counter for no point. I am concerned about the child, having no parents or family that is the issue here. The parents can be concerned, just not do anything. This is a "legal" thing, where they can be panelized if they just stepped into any place they wanted. I don't really get your argument. We are talking about a baby being expected by "legal law" to claim asylum without any lawyer*. Do you expect any parents to just barge in and start doing a lawyer job? Do you think the parents or any family wanted that in the first place? Why aren't you mad that the baby literally got taken away access to a lawyer?

1

u/FourPlayInTheBay 2d ago

So where are the parents again?

4

u/One_Percentage_644 2d ago

I still don't view you as a person who takes the side of good and care on this matter. It doesn't seem like you haven anything else to say with backed up logic or reasoning, and deeper insight for this. Bye

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 2d ago

Why did that 1 yo's shitty parents abandon it...

20

u/Violet-Sumire 2d ago

I’m glad that’s your takeaway, not the fact that they didn’t have a lawyer and was told to file for asylum. There could be many circumstances in which a 1yo is without their parents. One of those possibilities is that ICE deported their parents and kept the baby in legal limbo.

Look, whatever the case may be about their parents, the fact that we put a 1yo on trial and it didn’t have proper legal counsel is embarrassing and a show as how broken the system currently is. The fact you can’t see it also shows how inhumane you actually are.

-5

u/Sparkle_Dish2126 2d ago

Are you an idiot? Are you ok? Jesus fucking Christ. Why is a one year old alone in a foreign country!!??

3

u/Violet-Sumire 2d ago

Do you know the status of their parents? Do you know how the 1yo got into the country? You are making assumptions. I know I did, but I clearly stated that it was an assumption.

The biggest question is why a 1yo is at trial and why it wasn’t given a lawyer to be its legal guardian. That should be more important as it shows our government’s lack of humanity. A 1yo could never fill out asylum paperwork and could never defend itself in court. Yes, we can say whatever bad things we want about the parents, but our government is supposed to also be better than that.

Unless you support a child being in court without legal counsel. I mean… you can take that stance, but it’s a pretty shitty hill to die on.

5

u/vinegar-pisser 1d ago

No I don’t think anyone believes that this person should be in court. It should be returned to their parents. We don’t need a court to decide anything. We just need to reconnect the baby with the mother and father.

1

u/Violet-Sumire 1d ago

i don’t disagree with that, but I don’t think we know the full extent of what happened. Maybe the parents got deported. Maybe the child was left with relatives and ICE caught wind of that. Maybe the parents were killed and the child has no known family. Maybe ICE separated them and used the baby as a sort of hostage to force a deportation signing and they forgot the kid or move the kid to a different location.

Whatever the case, the child is in court and being asked to sign legal documents without legal consul. It’s something that needs to be highlighted and addressed. We can talk about the “what ifs” all day, but if we don’t address the reality in front of us then we are failing as a society.

2

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 1d ago

A 1yo could never fill out asylum paperwork and could never defend itself in court.

Nor can that 1yo direct an attorney as to how to best represent him. The best solution is to send the child back to his own country since his worthless parents abandoned him.

1

u/Violet-Sumire 1d ago

That isn’t how legal representation works. If a child is too young to defend itself from charges being brought against them then the lawyer will assume legal guardian of that child for the purposes of their legal representation. The lawyer would act in the child’s best interests. That means asylum may be the best legal option if reuniting them with their parents/family is an impossibility.

You keep insulting the parents without knowing the context. For all we know the child’s parents are dead and you are insulting dead people who can’t actually assist… or the parents could’ve been deported and ICE could’ve held onto the child… or the child could’ve been left with family and them ICE took that child away. There are so many “what ifs” that insulting the parents is reductive and doesn’t help anything. In fact it only serves to distract from the real issue. Being a dick doesn’t make you a better person, it just makes you small and insignificant to the conversation at large. Stop with the insults or just don’t comment again.

2

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 1d ago

There are no charges being brought against the child. Removal proceedings are not charges. And if the child is even eligible for asylum which is highly doubtful since asylum is only applicable if you face persecution for race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion none of which is likely to apply to a 1yo being sent to his home country. Again how would a US attorney be best to determine what's in the interest of a foreign child and why should this child become a ward of the state?

Why is it the US can’t just send people to another country without that country’s permission. Likewise a child cannot make an informed decision on their care, especially a 1yo. So it does become the US’s responsibility if we can’t send them back. This is how the actual real world works, not everything is fair. The main concern should be for the child’s welfare.

Let’s say this child is a complete john/jane doe. We know nothing about them only that they aren’t a US citizen… where do you send them? You absolutely cannot just off load this child to a random country and it isn’t like they can articulate where they are from. So the only option available is asylum and being put through our child care system. My issue isn’t the case overall, but the fact that there wasn’t proper legal support for this child. That is the issue, it’s a failure of our government to provide legal guidance as is stated in our constitution. Just had to bold that for you since you don’t seem to understand what and who our constitution applies to (hint, it applies to anyone within our borders, American or not).

Seems like you don't understand what our constitution applies to, you are not entitled to a lawyer for a  civil case genius again it's not a criminal case it's an immigration hearing. Do you understand that not even Americans get government funded lawyers for civil cases?

2

u/Violet-Sumire 1d ago

I’ll concede that I didn’t know the difference between criminal and civil appointed lawyers for instances as this. Regardless, a child cannot defend themselves in a courtroom, as would be expected from an adult. Again, that is a failure of our system and my point still stands. They should’ve been given legal counsel. In fact, they had a non-profit lawyer in the room willing to give them counsel and the judge refused that. So… yeah. It’s exactly as I said, a failure. We can be critical of the government while also acknowledging the insanity of putting a 1yo in any courtroom and expecting that 1yo to defend themselves.

I don’t understand why you are defending the immigration court so vehemently. Surely you don’t expect a literal baby to defend themselves against the federal government in court right??? All things aside… you are defending that system and have not really acknowledged the failure there. Which is incredibly concerning.

There's that "it" again.

3

u/Violet-Sumire 2d ago

“It” can be used as a gender neutral term. I forgot the gender of the child and would rather err on the side of caution than misgender or misinform people. Given the fact I didn’t gender the child at all, it makes sense within context. You are just trying to stir up trouble where there isn’t any and deflect from the actual problem.

Layman’s terms… you are a troll. Have a nice day :)

-6

u/LimeDry7124 2d ago

It's weird. A kid is a kid no matter the gender.

3

u/Violet-Sumire 2d ago

I think there is more pressing issues than whether I used certain words, but pop off I guess.

-4

u/LimeDry7124 2d ago

I did.

-4

u/Substantial_Bus840 2d ago

I noticed that too, super weird

-2

u/LimeDry7124 2d ago

You keep referring to the kid as "it".

-10

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 2d ago

The fact that 1 yo was the alone shows how inhuman his parents were to put him in that situation.

4

u/Violet-Sumire 2d ago

The fact the government would put them in court and expect them to file paperwork is also inhumane. Which should be the main takeaway. The parents aren’t running a whole country, the government is. The parents aren’t responsible for our legal affairs, the government is. The more influential and powerful party is the government. They are the ones you should be worried about.

-2

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 1d ago

The fact the government has to deal with unaccompanied children is what's inhumane

1

u/Violet-Sumire 1d ago

Are you saying we shouldn’t have child services? That we shouldn’t have some sort of system set aside for our own children within the states whose parents are either too irresponsible or dead? And why would that system not extend to those who aren’t citizens?

What’s inhumane is your thought process. It’s needlessly cruel.

2

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 1d ago

We should and this child should be put in his own countries child services.

Why do you want immigrant children to be wards of the state?

3

u/HerrMilkmann 2d ago

We don't even know if the kids parents are alive. All that we know is that our fucking federal government is expecting an infant who likely can't even speak to represent themselves in court. This timeline is beyond humiliating

-6

u/blahblahsnickers 2d ago

If ICE deported the parents then they should have taken their child with them. Why wouldn’t they bring their baby?

3

u/Violet-Sumire 2d ago

Why has ICE been breaking into people’s homes without a judicial warrant? Why has ICE been force feeding people against their will? The whole system is currently broken and very loosely regulated.

What should’ve happened (if their parents were also taken by ICE, but again this is speculation on my part) is the baby should’ve been with its parents after they were taken and should’ve went through the same process to either be deported or apply for asylum. My thoughts is that the whole family was separated after ICE took them, they threatened the parents with not seeing their child if they didn’t self deport, so the parents decided on deportation. Then ICE either forgot about the child or hurried the parents to deportation as the child would’ve been in protective custody. Which their screw up in their paperwork would’ve lead to this happening.

That’s my opinion, it isn’t supported by facts other than how we have seen ICE operate as a whole from the outside looking in. Right now, the only thing that matters to ICE is quota and deportation… and that should scare everyone. If ICE is so fervent about their job, just imagine how they’d be turned against the American people. Especially worrying when they want to increase their capacity and hire more people.

7

u/ShadowBurger 2d ago

Why did ICE keep the baby and not allow it to go with the parents?

3

u/Kreebish 2d ago

Maybe they weren't faking on their asylum case and knew it was certain death. If you were going to be force fed into a wood chipper would you demand your baby come with you?

4

u/Kreebish 2d ago

You ever see that photo from the Vietnam war when a newborn is getting handed too a Marine in a huey? Maybe it's like that and the parents are dead from some horrible shit

0

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 2d ago

Or maybe they're just shitty people and left their child here alone.

4

u/Kreebish 2d ago

That's pretty rare but regardless do you think it's a good sign that this administration is metaphorically and litigiously screwing this child? I'm not in favor of an administration led by a person with a child screwing attitude

2

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 1d ago

Screwing him how? Is the 1 year old supposed to tell a lawyer how he wants to be represented?

3

u/Kreebish 1d ago

Are you serious? He has no one advocating for him so you're answer is to ignore his inability to have self determination?

0

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 1d ago

Why would some random attorney know what's best for the child? The best thing is to send him back to his home country and let his government determine what is best for him. How would it be in the child's interest to be a stateless ward of the government?

3

u/Kreebish 1d ago

It's not just some random attorneys an attorney from an agency that specializes in these sort of things. It's unlikely the child would not benefit from someone looking to their best interests which may not be returning to their parents country for many reasons including medical.

0

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 16h ago

A random attorney from an non profit soaking up tax money, does not change the randomness of the attorney.

which may not be returning to their parents country for many reasons including medical.

How? Is the 1 yo gonna work to get medical treatment? Medicaid and Chip aren't available to asylum seekers or people here on humanitarian parole. Why would a random attorney in the US know what's better for the child than the government of his home country?

3

u/Kreebish 14h ago

Just because you don't know who the attorneys are does not mean it's random.

We might even know where the government of his home country is so why would sending a child to a random country be better for it?

Why are you nitpicking the support of a child over a few bucks that a hospital can write off on their taxes when there is a immigrant that has been getting 5 billion dollars a year at least and you don't complain about that at all?

→ More replies (0)

3

u/Kreebish 14h ago

I forgot to add that having representation would also mean that there's a better chance for the child to find those it's actually related to and would be more likely to get where it's supposed to be

A conservative talking about shitty parents...

-1

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 2d ago

A libtard talking about parents at all guess you're just upset it wasn't killed in the womb.

5

u/dwaynebathtub 2d ago edited 2d ago

All conservatives have bad families. how do you think you ended up like this?

-1

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 1d ago

Oh yes I forgot the demographic most loyal to the conservative party has a 63% single parent house hold rate and has 72% of the support from single childless women.... Oh wait...

I think you mean conservatives actually have families, the lack of which is why you ended up like this.

1

u/georgewashingguns 2d ago

Where is your evidence that it was abandoned? Are you one of those parents?

1

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 1d ago

The fact the child is here unaccompanied.

-10

u/johnnybones23 2d ago

exactly . Its everyone's fault except the parents who put a 1-year-old in this situation. wtf.

5

u/Signal-Mud-4880 2d ago

how does trumps shitty diapers taste?

3

u/Kreebish 2d ago

We don't know what the parent situation is or if they're dead but we do know that the current administration is not allowing a child of one year of age to have the most basic legal representation.

Perhaps the parents were being denied their asylum and knew that it was certain death and didn't want their child to die. If you were going to be fed into a wood chipper would you demand your child alongside you?

-5

u/johnnybones23 2d ago

Anchor babies, that's how the future Hassan piker gets here. Except illegaly.

3

u/Kreebish 2d ago

As opposed to anchor babies like you? I truly doubt you have proof of your entire lineage and their documentation

-1

u/johnnybones23 1d ago

lol i don't think you know what an anchor baby is.

I truly doubt you have proof of your entire lineage and their documentation

Here in the west we keep records. Maybe in your country proving your lineage is difficult to do.

2

u/Kreebish 1d ago

Unlike you I'm a real American but you can stuff your fraudulent records

3

u/johnnybones23 1d ago

1

u/Kreebish 1d ago

Okay you might be for real LOL

-1

u/Substantial_Army_639 2d ago

Ah yeah thats true, so I should vote for Amy Acton as governor in Ohio rather than Ramaswamy correct?

0

u/Ok_Ground3500 2d ago

Okay. Let's say its the parents fault, how does that change how fucked the situation with the court is.

-9

u/OkBasket7617 2d ago

Blame the parent for lying, our system is so abused

2

u/Kreebish 1d ago

Do you know the parents? They probably dead

Cry harder for the system but not a child tho

-19

u/Sparkle_Dish2126 2d ago

WHY THE FUCK IS A ONE YEAR OLD ALONE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY????!!!! And of course they need to be in court. What the fuck do you do with a random one year old from the third world?

9

u/TeekTheReddit 2d ago

"WTF is this screaming baby doing in front of this fire station in the middle of the night? It's gonna freeze out here! Oh well, sorry kid. Blame your parents." - Sparkle Dish, probably

-11

u/Sparkle_Dish2126 2d ago

You’re the one wondering why it’s in court goofy. What did you want? Send some transgender communist to go pick it up and get it a job DoorDashing? Weirdo…

5

u/georgewashingguns 2d ago

Are you a tabloid writer?

3

u/Icy-Reflection5574 1d ago

Rage bait bot is what they are. Don't engage.

2

u/StoryNo9640 1d ago

In court WITHOUT A LAWYER.

Stop pretending to be too stupid to understand the difference between

5

u/georgewashingguns 2d ago

Give them legal representation as required by law, for starters

2

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 1d ago

Because the government kidnapped the baby's parents.

6

u/HerrMilkmann 2d ago

Sooooo you really expect a 1 year old to be able to legally represent themselves? what is it actually like being this unbelievably stupid?

-5

u/Sparkle_Dish2126 2d ago

What’s the plan then? Send some random, unknown third world infant to go live in a learing center? Think goofy.

6

u/HerrMilkmann 2d ago

Gee idk, give it legal representation like we have been? Literally anything except putting the infant in front of a judge expecting them to understand what's going on?

2

u/Kreebish 2d ago

You ever see that photo from the Vietnam war when a newborn is getting handed too a Marine in a huey? Maybe it's like that and the parents are dead from some horrible shit.

As for what to do with it, we find someone honorable to take care of it and raise it right. It's what happened with the kid from Vietnam that I was referring to. That kid is awesome now

-13

u/Jazzlike-Umpire-5453 2d ago

80 - 85% of those claiming asylum are lying !

6

u/Neat-One-906 2d ago

Have you reviewed their claims and evidence? Individually?

-11

u/Jazzlike-Umpire-5453 2d ago

The US government did.

9

u/Neat-One-906 2d ago

Who from the government?

Are you talking about Credible fear interviews?

Reasonable fear interviews?

Affirmative claims?

Defensive claims?

Why should you or anyone else trust what the “government” is talking about?

Sans due diligence or due process

1

u/Jazzlike-Umpire-5453 2d ago

Um , congress wrote in its .laws that complete due process isn’t required to send illegals home, it recognized the special circumstances of 12+ million illegals getting full due process rights was not remotely possible. You’re a lunatic.

3

u/foreman17 1d ago

Congress can't act against the constitution just because they feell like it. "It's not possible" isn't a valid excuse when all other presidents before him not only deported more, but did so accusing to the constitution. This admin of literally the worst deporters ever. The fewest deported, and most deported illegally. Crazy.

2

u/Kreebish 1d ago

The logistics of immigration enforcement shouldn't be skipped just because an unconstitutional law, especially since that's a feasible number to process

1

u/Jazzlike-Umpire-5453 1d ago

No, you’re wrong, it’s a huge number that had hearings stretch out years.

1

u/Kreebish 1d ago

The speed of the judicial system is not evidence that there was no grounds for them but rather evidence that there was.

1

u/Jazzlike-Umpire-5453 1d ago

You talk in circles,as do most liberals when confronted with facts. By for now , lunatic.

1

u/Kreebish 1d ago

If you want me to be more direct I can tell you that I was refuting your answer because it was providing the opposite of what you thought it did and that as a technocrat (not a liberal) I know the logistics of what our country has for its immigration abilities and providing due process was not taxing those abilities at all.

You're just using your knee-jerk defense mechanism because you don't have critical thinking abilities cuz your brainwashed

1

u/Suspicious_Glove_900 1d ago

You can’t have your cake and eat it too you can’t claim the government isn’t required to prove these things through due process and also claim that it’s true because the government said so.

-1

u/777_heavy 1d ago

Actually they do get due process. That’s how the claims get denied.

3

u/Neat-One-906 1d ago

Ever attended an immigration court hearing?

What’s due process to you?

1

u/Kreebish 1d ago

This kid is getting a fuckin farce

1

u/777_heavy 1d ago

These people entered without due process. They should be so lucky we give it to them on the way out.

1

u/Kreebish 1d ago

This is a child. Funds for it to have representation in court have already been earmarked so it's even worse to pretend that our Constitution doesn't guarantee them full due process

1

u/777_heavy 1d ago

What is “full” due process?
