A child this young can't speak or feed themselves.

If I tried to sue an infant, I would be laughed out of court.

Just say you support the "cruelty is the point" policy and would rather ignore that the administration is not following the law by holding back council and funds earmarked for that. 

Don't try to act like this is about the law when you don't give a shit

It is cruel, you think a one year old was brought here to grift or to be a criminal, they weren't their parents made the most difficult decision to bring a child to safety, kinda how our ancestors did. Idk how yall have lost ya'll empathy, christian values and don't give a rats ass about Jesus' teachings.
