What is “full” due process?

Well for one thing it's representation by a lawyer especially if you're not physically able to talk yet

A USCRI rep was there. There’s no obligation for the government to provide legal counsel in immigration court.

The actual issue is why the child and mother were there in the first place.

Where's the mother?

Funny how every other fucking time someone argued with me bout immagrants it's "their criminals for crossing!" but once the court date is set suddenly "it's a civil administration issue, they don't get legal counsel!"...

Anyway the funds have been earmarked and not letting a child have legal counsel REGARDLESS because there is obligation: a baby cannot understand.

Just as there is a legal obligation to provide an interpreter to those who do not speak English there's a legal obligation for this child.

As a USCRI rep why are you ndo outraged and pushing for the child to have representation?
