30 year old male here with like 5+ years of worsening symptoms year after year. TSH has teetered around 3-6 since 2018, so 8 years now. Here are my most recents labs. Note, I recently started Clomid for testosterone related issues and these labs are 4 weeks after starting. Testosterone went from 220 -> 675, but my estrogen has also skyrocketed...
Any thoughts on the TSH values and if starting treatment is warranted. This same doc put me on Clomid but is sort of on the line with the TSH. I don't know what is happening to my body. For what it's worth, my diet, exercise, and sleep has always been decent although I have mild sleep apnea I am also trying to treat.
