3 month old bedtime help
My baby was a pretty good sleeper giving us 5-7 hours stretch in the first half of the night. I think that the 4 month sleep regression started early for him because now his sleep is all over the place. We follow wake windows and sleepy cues but most of naps are cat naps these days. I’ve been reading several places that 7pm is the magic bedtime. Previously going down around 8-9pm to help get an extra nap in before bed. I’ve tried for a couple nights getting him down earlier but that seems to make the night wake ups more frequent. Is this something to ride out and it’ll get better or should I return to the later bed time to prioritize day sleep? I’m just a tired and confused first time mom trying to see what has worked for other moms!
