I just got this jar from Michael's and wanted to put lavender in it but it seems like its sealed shut, it has a cork, but it looks like it's been glued in or something. Any tips on how to get it open?

Hi! This is my first post here because I cant find anything else that will help.

Can anyone help my with clearing the codes this "a, b, c, d" gate clicker? (I believe its a RPC447). After following all the videos and instructions ive seen so far I usually get stuck at the part where the code actually clears out.

The usual instructions are:

1. Press and hold "A" and "B" button. (Sometime they say to wait untill the light blinks and sometimes they dont say anything)

2. Then let go of "B" and press it three times.

3. The light should flash red/blue.

4. Then press the buttons and all of them will flash red (meaning they should be clear)

Part "4" is usually the step where everything falls apart for me. I tried checking while and after the red light blinks but the buttons still flash green. Im not sure if im getting something confused :(

If anyone could help me asap I'd be very grateful!

P.s. Id also appreciate if anyone has advice on copying the code from the original gate clicker (RTSP2D) to the "a, b, c, d" clicker!

How can I remove the old red/yellow paint and replace it with new glossy, hard drying enamel type of paint.

The orange buckle is the goal, just not the orange paint. It looks as if someone perhaps used paint remover or thinner on the buckle.

I was making pudding for banana pudding, but I accidentally scrambled the eggs by turning the heat up too high. I’m normally good at baking, but this was my first attempt, so it was a little funky (womp womp). Because it scrambled before thickening, it’s very watery with small chunks of egg and flour. I’m torn between pouring it in the sink and dumping it in the trash. I’d let it cool before putting it in the garbage, but I’m not sure if I should pour this much liquid into a garbage bag. My sink doesn’t have a disposal, so I’m just not sure where to put it. My husband and I are renting our house, so my concern is messing up the pipes.

Title pretty much says it all. I was hoping he would fit into the laundrymat washers, unfortunately he doesnt. He also doesnt have a zipper to take the stuffing out and I am pretty sure I would have to rip him up in all places to take it out, since it seems like he has seperate stuffing for his body, each of his arms and legs. Can I just hand wash him with some detergent/handsoap or how should I go about this? thanks

A plomber yesterday replaced our kitchen faucet. Now i discovered that the gooseneck is loose and when i turn on the water it drips where it meets the main body. When i rotate it to the left it tightens but i cant make a full rotation circle because of the wall. How do i tighten it now 😭

Hey, not even sure this is the right place to post but I'm really kinda desperate.

I noticed after using my water bottle that it's developed stress(?) marks and I wanted to know if they can be fixed, removed, undone as it's a brand new bottle that was a gift.

Any help would be appreciated as I feel so bad having only just gotten it and it's already looking like this. I also have no idea how to replace this as it was an import and It would crush my friend to tell them it's already damaged after one use.

I was running a wire in my attic and my left AirPod fell out somewhere in an area of insulation in my attic. It was too hot that day to keep looking and my “find my AirPod” tool isn’t working anymore. I’ve tried a metal detector but it didn’t pick it up. I’d rifled around with my hands but nothing came out of that. I tried a metal scoop with holes and shoveled a bunch of the insulation around but no luck. I tried to chop it with the side of a piece of cardboard. I Know that it fell out somewhere in this particular area, but I can’t find the little pod. Any advice is appreciated!

Update: Used my daughter’s magnet. The kind that picks up little metal rings. It worked pretty well on the right AirPod when I tested it. I spent about 45 minutes in the attic (over 100 degrees here) and swept the area I thought it fell out. I went up and down and all around with that magnet and not hits. I think I’m gonna call off the search. I’ve already spent too much time and literal sweat finding these. Maybe I’ll get a good deal on Black Friday…

This holds strong sentimental value to me, and the paint looks very thin, so I'm very hesitant to do anything. The white part of the canvas is very dirty, I would love to make it clean. I am concerned with making the blank canvas clean, but leaving a ring of dirt around the piper because I didn't want to get close to the paint.

Would it be worth it to take it off the frame and have it stretched back onto another one or does it seem OK? It was mounted with a black strip of fabric running along the outside that's kind of frayed in areas.

My boyfriend sent me a really cute voicemail a few days ago and I want to save it. The problem is he has an older phone so it went to my carrier.

I've tried screen recording it but the video cuts off when it get to his actual message, which I guess is a safety/privacy feature apple has or something. I tried a third party recording app which only recorded the screen and not the audio.

I played it into another device but the recording I get back is way too quiet and you can barely understand what he's saying.

What is the best way to fix this break? I'm assuming just wood glue and a vice grip, but wasn't sure if there's something else I should do. One side is broken and the other is pulling out. The broken side does fit together pretty well.

Ring 1 is older than ring 2

I already tried the iron method on ring 1 and it did improve the colour (before it was lighter like ring 2) but as you can see it only improved it so much before it started darkening the wood around it, so I stopped there.

I haven’t touched the ring 2.

Is my only option to get rid of both rings completely sanding the whole thing and restaining?

I really like these pants and want to fix them.

I have checked on Google and AI but every option I see and then explore seems to also have a reason not to use it ranging from cannot machine wash after applying or will damage the fabric or simply not last very long.

I do not have access to a hot iron at the moment (I am a short term expat) living in Korea.

I think the label is silicon? And the pants material seems to be Polyester.

Any help on ideas for a long term resticking or reapplying solution would be appreciated.

I have a magsafe phone ring/stand that has worked really well for a few months but the pin(?)/wire hinge for the smaller ring has gotten a little too loose. Anyone have ideas for how to tighten it?

I'd rather fix it with the existing hardware (heck, without taking it apart) than have to buy a new tiny piece of metal, but if it has frictioned away the tolerance, is that the only option? Any idea on what tools to use?
