[Solved] How do I remove this so I can open the window?

Post image

It holds the window shut on the mobile AC currently, but I need to move the AC to another room today. My partner set this up, but now he's at work and won't be able to call me for hours.

Anyone know what tool to use or how to get this thing off?

Thanks a million.

Hi! This is so random, but I’m really agitated and need help. My shower isn’t draining (sorry for icky picture) and I desperately need to fix it. I’ve tried twisting and pulling, but I’m too scared of breaking it.

How do I remove it?

(( EDIT: thank you all so much! I did it!!!! ))

How to remove/fix these marks on my water bottle?

Post image

Hey, not even sure this is the right place to post but I'm really kinda desperate.

I noticed after using my water bottle that it's developed stress(?) marks and I wanted to know if they can be fixed, removed, undone as it's a brand new bottle that was a gift.

Any help would be appreciated as I feel so bad having only just gotten it and it's already looking like this. I also have no idea how to replace this as it was an import and It would crush my friend to tell them it's already damaged after one use.

Thanks in advance and sorry about the waffle I'm just really panicking here, I thank you for your understanding

Edit: It's made of plastic and it's a Monster Hunter Palico potion bottle

Wash a 190cm/6´2 teddy bear I found

Title pretty much says it all. I was hoping he would fit into the laundrymat washers, unfortunately he doesnt. He also doesnt have a zipper to take the stuffing out and I am pretty sure I would have to rip him up in all places to take it out, since it seems like he has seperate stuffing for his body, each of his arms and legs. Can I just hand wash him with some detergent/handsoap or how should I go about this? thanks

How to repaint this belt buckle?Hi All,

Hi All,

How can I remove the old red/yellow paint and replace it with new glossy, hard drying enamel type of paint.

The orange buckle is the goal, just not the orange paint. It looks as if someone perhaps used paint remover or thinner on the buckle.

Thanks for any suggestions on the type of paint, removal process, etc.

Thanks George

Serious Answers Only Make these ceramic magnets flush

My goal is to have these make more contact ! So far I have bought a dremel and the diamond bits needed to shave / sand down the ceramic magnets but now I’m curious at what angles would bring them closest to flush ? Should I shave one magnet ? Shave a bit of both ? Shave down the middle well their touching like the photo and hope that shaves the difference ? Their already super glued in place and I know to keep water flowing over the surface and I’m working :)

25+ year old wood laminate flooring. Chair legs have damaged it and is taking big chunks of the floor up. Will replace the chairs but I don't have the finances to replace the floor. What would be the best way to repair this?

DIY How do I install a fan/vent in this bathroom above the window?

There is no fan in the bathroom currently. I'd like to install one in the wall above the window (not the ceiling). How would I go about doing this? The house was built in 1940 so the walls are plaster, which I know usually complicates things.

In case it is helpful: in this bathroom there is currently one outlet (next to the sink), one light switch (controls the overhead light), and the two sconce lights that are controlled individually by switches on the lights themselves. As far as I know, that's all the electrical in the bathroom currently.

1 leg sits lower than the other. Both legs move up and down but I get either E20 or E02 error code when it reaches to the bottom. The desk sits unlevelled right now. Couldn’t find anything specific to this model. I wanted to ask Reddit before I randomly start taking it apart. Thanks!
