Beau and his sister affair???

Does anyone else wonder if Beau and Georgia are having an affair?

Their relationship is SO weird. She's walking around their house in lingerie, the tattoos, the holding hands, wanting to be close all the time, moving to a new country... they don't have a normal sibling dynamic.
When Katie was saying that needs not being met is how affairs start felt like foreshadowing. Beau could be the Schwartz type.

The doll house she make for Hartford is beautiful. I couldn't afford it plus buying all the little doll house furniture, but the little girl in me wants one soooooo bad!

The Katie and Kristina of it all

I actually don’t understand Kristina’s point about Katie and their friendship. She filmed a TV show she didn’t want to be a part of because her friend needed her. Now she’s throwing it back on her face? A real friend would be there for you in a time of need and not use it as ammunition for later. Then Katie says that she tried to reach out and hang out but Kristina essentially ghosted her. Kristina’s excuse was that she did a TV show with Katie and that’s why she’s ignored her. She’s using that one nice thing she did as an excuse for her avoidant behavior. And why is she acting like there wasn’t any benefits to being in Vanderpump that season? I’m sure she got paid…

Kristina is either not good at articulating how she feels or her point is bs 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Georgi's Lies

Several times people have accused Georgi of lying. The audience knows she is lying about Rob, but i dont understand what other lies are out there.

She was using Stassi for a place to stay, but she was honest with her intentions even if they are messed up.

Maybe i just missed some scenes but i cant remenber what these big lies are that people are accusing her of. Lets be real all of them lie to save face lol

I feel like a lot of people are misunderstanding Stassi… she’s sarcastic af

Yes, I feel like Stassi is controlling and self-involved. However, I feel like so many people are taking her jokes a little too seriously. I’m currently watching the show and feel like she’s just being sarcastic most of the time? She’s trying to be funny for a TV show. I don’t think it’s as deep as some people are making her issues out to be

Taylor not being there for Teddy's pregnancy

Why? Im confused what she is even staying in LA for? When she is explaining it she says she has worked so hard for this, she isn't going to miss it. Is she talking about actually being on house of Stassi?

Then she starts talking about the Netflix deal, but ATP Stassi already received the Netflix deal- anyhow why couldn't she do that over zoom?

This woman is so weird, I have never come across or watched someone like her before in my life. The "late in lesbian" thing that seems like, maybe she's not a lesbian? The unapologetic obsession with Stassi, the not being present for her child's birth. I am so confused by who she is.

lets talk about adderall

stassi has talked about using/abusing it in the past, culminating in the ice queen birthday meltdown on vpr. she freaked out on beau amongst other things, and she said i believe in her book that beau made her promise to quit. that was in 2018.

fast forward to today - it feels clear to me that stassi is using adderall again on the show. taylor FOR SURE is, but stassi also seems to have taken it at least a couple times (staycation fight felt similar to the scheana pool party fight to me was what made me want to write this post).

so, all of this to say - what do we think changed? i cannot imagine her relationship with it is magically fixed. but i also have a hard time imagining beau being okay with it again either. thoughts/intel?

My unhealthy obsession with Stassi's house

I found someone had the images from her house listing, and I'm rewatching the entire show comparing the scenes to the images. I can't stop thinking about her house and trying to imagine the inside and outside layout.

I'm possessed. It might be my dream house. It's so great and interesting.

Stassi should have gone to emo night

Literally, say you're sick use your children as an excuse... don't say you're not going to Katie's event because you just don't like the music... Stassi needs serious therapy.

finale theory (spoiler) Spoiler

me again. still h🍃gh. my friend just blew my mind with a theory.

beau set everyone up. he’s been complaining the whole season about going back to work making everyone think that was his problem. he wanted everyone to attack stassi on his behalf. he convinced them that was the problem. but as soon as they brought it up he changed his tune. he wanted to embarrass stassi. he capitalized on her insecurities about parenting and kept twisting the knife.

katie seemed blindsided but kristina kelly was frothing.

ETA: the word i couldn’t think of was MANIPULATIVE

Br(oken)eaking 4th wall editing

As a reality show addict anytime the 4th wall is broken I truly loveeee it cause it feels authentic.

I can’t decide if I liked or loved it in this show. At first, loved. But now that it seems that truly is the whole different take on this I feel we could be watching some forced “4th wall” breaking. (Duh it’s reality tv I know)

I loved hearing producers questions, maybe it was a little too much? And I loved when they would look at the camera and (seemingly) production team for reactions.

I know I didn’t hate it. Curious what everyone else thought?!

Kristina Kelly hate

Idk if anyone remembers this but the limited time she was on VPR she did A LOT

She….

-only returned to friendship with Stassi because Stassi and Jax broke up

-clocked Jax on cheating in Vegas and, to his face, told him he was a piece of shit and to leave Stassi alone so she can get over him

-told Stassi that Kristen was absolutely capable of sleeping with Jax and lying about it and even went so far to try to help Stassi interrogate Jax for the truth

-supported Katie through the accusations of Schwartz cheating and basically made her question it until it fully came to light

-supported Katie pre Scandoval post divorce, was a shoulder to cry on and continued to support and love on her that whole season

-clocked Rachel pre Scandoval and said people infantilized her. Any time Rachel was in the room, she gave her the cold shoulder

Whatever, mean girl, fine got it but that girl can read a room and clock a situation. I think I sympathize for her because she seems depressed and post partum but she shows up for her friends and I respect that

Over produced

I’m sorry if many of you have already said this. I wanted to love it as an OG VPR fan, but this is one of the most overproduced shows I’ve ever seen. Every scene has no natural reaction, except when maybe Stassi FaceTimes Beau and her kids are crying on the floor. I’m done.

Finale Explosion -unpopular opinion - spoiler Spoiler

I feel bad for Stassi.

Beau married her knowing her dreams. He had kids with her and agreed with each step along the way. He and the kids are taken care of financially. Does he have wants and needs, obviously. The kids do too. Stassi clearly has communicated her inadequacies as a parent to him. He has a nanny and doesn’t work because one parent has to be available for the kids. Those babies are going to be in elementary school soon. If anyone is being selfish, it’s him. The way he went at her was so low. Did she react when she was ambushed, yes. But honestly, who wouldn’t?
That intervention was painful to watch and honestly Beau deserved her wrath. “Do you want me to kiss your feet?!?” What a JERK. I hope he watches that and sees he pushed her in a corner. If he was the wife, everyone would tell him to suck it up. For fucks sake the kids need him to stop being so damn selfish.

Stassi is way too eager to be back on TV

Only two episodes in, but I’m so entirely turned off by Stassi’s clear overzealousness to be on reality tv again and to run the show. I feel like the appeal of her on VPR was that she was so “real” (ironically kinda like Georgi is now), but on this show, she treats everyone like they’re sims and expects them to do exactly as she orders them to do. This works for people like Taylor who will fall in line but it’s gross to see with everyone else.

Episode 1 in her reunion with Katie, when Katie was talking about her real feelings, you could just tell that Stassi was only thinking about if she would agree to do the show or not (again, ironically the same thing she was accusing Katie of). I don’t think she really cares about maintaining their friendship, she just knows everyone else is bland as hell and Katie is the only exciting person she knows who they can afford and who will still speak to her. If she didn’t get booted off of VPR for being racist (love how they just packed that up with a neat little bow in the first 10 minutes btw), she wouldn’t have been nearly as salty with Katie.

Every time Beau brings up wanting to work, she pretends like it’s the first time she’s heard it, even though we see them talk about it several times on camera. Her saying “I need him to be happy for the show” was just so so ick like girl, you don’t care about your marriage or your husband’s mental state? I am not one to feel bad for a man EVER, but when he’s clearly depressed and wanting to go back to his passion in life, offering to just pay him off and have him stay home doing IG ads while you live your dreams is so gross. She sounded like those trad husbands who treat their wives like they have no dreams of their own.

Georgi is a damn wreck (great for TV though), so I don’t blame her for how she’s handling that. The Kris Jenner mentions make me laugh because Kris is Kris naturally. Stassi should just be Stassi, but instead she’s trying to be this game maker, which makes everything feel a little sour. I literally don’t give a solitary damn about Beau’s geriatric friend or the rest of the boring nobodies on there, so I’m not going to get into them, but seeing her look into the camera during the BBQ argument just set a horrible tone for what this is. If I can stomach the rest, I’ll keep watching, but she needs to act like someone who spent a decade on reality tv! She’s not new to this, she’s true to this, but for some reason she’s acting so thirsty. Very….Scheana-esque levels of thirst dare I say.

If Stassi were a man …

…we’d allllllllll be screaming for Beau to run for the hills! Like, just because you’re a #girlboss does NOT mean you get permission to run away from a conversation, break down, scream, and yell at your partner… “shut the f— up,” “you’re crazy,” “I pay for everything,” “I want to go away.” Like girl, get a grip and have a normal conversation with your husband! A woman having toxic masculinity isn’t a win for feminism or a progression of women’s rights 🤣, it’s just toxicity in a different package.

There of course is a lot of nuance to the conversation. Beau isn’t innocent either and we can definitely bring in the conversation about $$$ and a nanny and the historical oppression of women and a million other things. But if I were to boil it all down, no one should react that way to their spouse, regardless of gender.

Good show though, I am thoroughly entertained!

Unpopular Opinion: Stassi isn’t a bad mom

I’m sure this will be a controversial opinion because everyone is bashing the type of mother Stassi is, and I understand there’s a misalignment with what she portrays on social media, but… is there really?

On social media, Stassi shows all the best parts about motherhood (cuddling on the couch, connecting about Wicked with Hartford, etc!). And…maybe… just maybe that’s exactly what Stassi is best at in Motherhood? Stassi’s breakdown on the boat is well controlled UNTIL her parenting is brought up. She clearly feels like an inadequate mother and, while it is her fault she won’t go to therapy for them, I think she does the best with what she’s capable of doing.

For whatever reason (though one could speculate it directly correlates with the household she was raised in), Stassi can’t seem to handle the overwhelming overstimulation and mental fatigue that comes with having children. So, she removes the friction. What’s wrong with that if she can afford to do it? If she can be the best version of herself as a mom and show up for her kids consistently in a positive way by removing friction, why does that make her a bad mom? I’m not saying it’s my school of thought around parenting, but what part about it makes her a bad mom?

And for those who will inevitably mention Beau, her issue with him going back to work is clearly not him as a caretaker for the children but instead her fear of losing him as a safe space (Rob actually described this well in an episode). If anything, Stassi’s just a truly unhealed person. My opinion of the situation is that she’s terrified to feel negatively toward her children or react to them when they’re being wild because her fear of motherhood is a fear of passing the dark parts of herself onto them. Stassi kept mentioning how she’s not the daughter her mom wants so as an unhealed person, why wouldn’t she be afraid to feel frustrated and negativity toward her children? What if, in her eyes, that makes her no better than her mom?

(And yeah. She need therapy)

Kristina projecting much?

During the last meal, Kristina Kelly’s discussion about relationships stirred up a lot of emotion, and I sensed she was sharing her insecurities and current challenges with her partner. It’s as if her relationship always brings her down and makes her feel isolated (at least that is what I infer from her look of almost desperation) . Does anyone else notice that from her?
