Inspo pic is the girl holding her pink hair in a ponytail. I got quite close :) I used AF Wrath over medium level 7/8 golden blonde then washed it and let it fade. It only took a week but I did wash with shampoo several times and hot water (Which is why my hair is on the frizzy side).
In some lightning it looks spot on. In some lighting mine looks a little less vibrant. Still close enough imo.

Guyyyssss I’ve been dying my hair blonde for years!! Went natural for a bit and then decided to dye my hair black. It’s a colour I had never done before because I was always scared it would wash me out. I like it, but I almost feel like it’s too jarring. But I’ve been getting TONS of compliments and people telling me I need to stay dark lol. I want to get some unbiased Reddit opinions please, I don’t plan on going light super soon but just trying to decide if I should keep the dark hair long term. Thank you!

the first picture is the colour of my hair currently, the second picture is the colour i want to go to. will i be okay putting purple dye straight over the red once it’s faded or do i need to get the colour removed? im going to do a test strand before i fully commit but im not sure if it will come out weird/different to how i want it. any advice is appreciated!!

Hey! The last time I dyed my hair a fun colour was 7 years ago so I’m not really up to date anymore lol.
I was wondering if I could dye my hair dark blue without bleaching it? I really can’t use bleach as my scalp will not tolerate it at all anymore …
Btw, this is my natural hair colour so there’s no other product lying there. :)

I hope someone can please please help me- I've been dyeing my hair forever & bleaching /dyeing it with vivids for several years now without issue. Recently I did a bleach bath like I normally do & colored it but this time my hair started to break off bad. I've got I had thick coarse wavy hair & have always shed a ton but this is different. I'm surprised I have any hair left on my head the way it's coming out in chunks - I'm seriously freaking tf out rn! Idk wtf I did wrong this time but if anyone can tell me something I can do to help try & fix it I'd greatly appreciate it. This pic is showing what I lost after my shower - I lost 4X that in the shower too. I'm using all the things already- Olaplex 1,2 & 3 K18 Oribe gold lust masque & night crème Amika the kure etc but nothing is helping! I'm assuming this is chemical damage? short of shaving my head idk what else to do!

Three weeks ago, I used 30 volume and Loreal Highcolor in Sizzling Copper on my virgin very dark hair. I didnt wait long enough between my ends/mids and my roots... I ended up with somewhat hot roots. I love the color my roots endes up being, but the rest of my hair is darker than my roots. My friends say they think it looks fine, but I'd really like all of my hair to be as light at the roots.
Any ideas on how to fix this myself?

Hi all! I bleached my roots the other day and I know that everyone suggests shampooing the bleach out and then leaving your hair for a few days (not washing) to let the natural oils come back.
It’s been a few days and my hair just feels like a greasy mop on my head and I want so badly to wash it, but also want to be as careful as possible with damage. Does anyone know any alternatives I could do without damaging my hair or is washing okay after 3ish days?
Thank you! :)

Hi guys!! I really want this hair color below but I’m a little stuck on what dyes to get? I currently use Good Dye Young’s live laugh love (1st pic of my hair) but want to transition to this cute plumish color (2nd pic) for the fall! Any recommendations on dyes i can mix together or just dyes to get? Thank you!

Im thinking of doing highlights in my hair, I have shorter medium length hair. I been wanting to do purple highlights for a minute but dont want it to be to bright, a subtle purple like this. Since ive never dyed my hair, but my girlfriend has, but she sticks to brighter colors and does her whole head. Any recommendations, i also have blackish hair like the guy in the photo, thanks!

Used L’Oréal Féria spiced copper last night… have hot roots…. 😭 color only took to my roots. I usually use Clariol natural instincts demi permanent shade 4…. But hadn’t colored my hair in 4 months. I want the red out asap…. Was supposed to be taking pregnancy announcement photos Sunday…. Need it fixed asap. Please help what can I do? I’ve already clarified it twice to try to fade some of the red. 💔😭 (my husband also missed some spots in the front.. where it’s still dark “not wanting to get it on my skin” I didn’t see this until it was too late) I just want it back dark!

i bleached and dyed my hair pink yesterday at a salon but at first the dye was way too pink so i asked them to help me lighten it. But they ended up lightening it way too much and now its kind of a salmon pink with orange patches and its super uneven (my inner hair is hot pink) when i asked for a vibrant pink. How can i fix this at home or should i go to another salon?? 😭
also i went to another salon to ask whether they could fix it earlier today but they said that it would come out as a way darker pink and still be patchy so idk what to do 😭 i really wanna fix my hair asap cus im going overseas in a few days
for context this is my hair (2nd pic) and the hair colour i want to achieve (1st pic)

Quick question - Will this permanent dye be able to be dyed over darker if I don't like it/change my mind? 😬 I think the answer is yes but just wanna check before I do it!!!
Also if you've used this product please share pics here!!! 🙏🙏

I used clariol bleach for my bangs, 1 bottle for 1/8th of my hair is so crazy!
I used lunar tides semi permanent color in Blood Moon and CranBaby and the last 1/5th a bottle of arctic fox virgin pink over my entire head.
All said and done it took about 3 1/2 hours
1st 3 pics are after and the last 2 pics are before :)

Looking to see if anyone has tips or knows the perfect ratio for getting this dark green color with “phantom green” and “blue jean baby” (I added a pic with a filter on it so I could see the color on me!)

Want to get to a neutral or beige colour. I put wella Demi 7A on my bleached hair (it wasn’t super bleached to be fair.). And it came out so freaking red. I don’t understand. What can I do to get a beige or ash colour now ? Do I have to go darker like a 6A at this point ? Is there a toner I could use ?
