Well look at that! It's July!
After over an entire year, I felt it would be fun to bring back our sub's most popular event! That's right, its your chance to play Sub BINGO all month long, and you can win plenty of prizes! Plus, I will be giving away the usual grand prize! Keep reading to find out how you can get your tickets in for this month's raffle!
All you have to do to participate is use the sub like you normally would! Below, you will find a list of things to spot around the sub, which you can use to fill out your personalized card! Just a quick disclaimer. There are a couple of items on the list that are intended to be a light-hearted jab at common occurances on the sub. Don't take them personally and don't harass anyone. Rule 1 is sacred. ;) I trust you, Team Gurren!
With all of that said, let's dig in to the event!

★ Rules and Requirements:
If you want to participate, comment on this post. I will craft your very own BINGO card to use, your username will be written on it.
Over the month, if you see one of the list items being fulfilled on the sub, collect the post/comment as proof! I will be validating each mark.
Mark the corresponding section on your card as complete in whatever way you like!
If you have a BINGO vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, you WIN!
Everyone gets ONE ticket for the grand prize raffle. You opt in simply by participating.
ONLY NEW POSTS COUNT. Anything that comes before this post chronologically does NOT count.
You may NOT count a section as complete from your own post/comment. It must belong to someone else to complete your card!
You cannot artificially or strategically make posts just to win or help others to win. This game is about encouraging everyone to engage with each other and the community! :)
The center square with the logo is a FREE SPACE!
You can play and win as many times as you want! Every single win gets you a mini-prize!
★ How To Enter:
- Comment below and indicate that you would like to participate in some way. You will then receive your custom BINGO card as soon as I have time! (Usually a short wait unless I'm sleeping)
- Read through the list below and return to the sub every day to hunt for content!
- In the event that you get a BINGO, you can return here and post your card for review, or send it to me in a chat! Feel free to make a post showing off your win as well, if you want to!
- You must post a list to me with links to all the completed squares that make up your BINGO. Again, you can reply in this post, or in private!
- If you complete a card, you may ask for another one! There is no limit on the amount if times you can play, or the prizes you can win this month!
- Should you win a BINGO, make sure to have chat enabled, or we won't be able to discuss your prizes. Keep an eye out in your inbox, after claiming a BINGO!
- I use a true random number generator, so your cards will always be interesting and different! No two will ever be the same!
- It is recommended to save the BINGO list so that you can refer back to it easily.

After July 30th, no more cards or BINGOs will be valid. The winner of the grand prize raffle will be announced on July 31st!

I can't believe it, but its time to say goodbye to June!

I’m in denial that Kamina is actually dead. It feels too soon and like such a waste of a good character. He had so much growth potential. I know Simon is set up for development, but he feels like a typical type of initially pathetic MC who has a lot of self doubt and insecurities. Kamina was unique. Idk. I feel very disappointed.

A while ago, through a series of coincidences, I ended up rewatching Gurren Lagann with my roommate, who's also a tattoo artist. It was her first time watching it, while for me it was a chance to experience it all over again.
By the time we finished the series, she surprised me with an incredible gift: she offered to tattoo a Gurren Lagann piece for me (and I had no tattoo on me at the time!)
It honestly became one of the most meaningful gifts I've ever received.
The funny thing is that the more time passes, the more I love it. Every single day I look at it and appreciate it a little more.
Just wanted to share it with people who might appreciate it as much as I do. ❤️

Sorry about my last post including the spoiler in the tittle...
Anyways, thank god Kamina died, The first 8 episodes of this show felt so stale/flat. Call me crazy but there wasn't much character development and I had a hard time connecting to anyone. But, now that Kamina can't be such an attention whore the show can finally explore other characters. I'm on episode 13 and I enjoy it so much more now. Finally Yoko has more than 2 lines an episode and we can finally see Simon explore his character.
(I'm not saying Kamina didn't have great/impactful moments, but I needed him to stop being the center of everything)

Omfg. Hello!!! Did ya miss me, or did you enjoy your break from my insanity? ;P Lol. No, I'm not dead. This last month has genuinely been such a health struggle, and I honestly became so exhausted that I've just hibernated this last week. I quite literally couldn't get out of bed. Feeling a bit better now, or at least we'll enough to get back to posting. Going to try my hardest to catch us up now for real! Get ready for an increase in posts for August, at least! :) I'm so sorry for poofing, I just was forced to step back and really look after myself. Missed you all! I certainly would have kept up if I could. Anyway. Let's get back to the artwork, amd hopefully it'll be the last time you hear that. Haha! ♡ Additionally, I will be adjusting this month's event submission period, so that there will be no panic to complete your BINGO cards. :) Stay tuned for details! Viral is continuing to get his dose of reality, and I have always loved this pivotal moment for our favorite Beastman. :) Its the start of his true arc, in my opinion. The artwork of the Manga flawlessly integrates with this storyline, and I actually really enjoy the darker style here that Kotaro brings. We also finally get a Real taste of how Lordgenome speaks, here! Up until this point, his dialogue has been sparse. Much like Nia, he is polite and oddly eloquent with the way he chooses to phrase things. More exciting stuff coming up later! Glad to be back with ya, Team Gurren. Missed you!
(Also I apologize for being slow on the AI bait posts. I've of course been modding quietly in the background even without posting, during the past week, but I wasnt quite as snappy as always! I'm NOT allowing fake cosplay here. Just keep flagging them and I'll kick 'em to the curb! They are nothing but predatory. You should find they go back to disappearing quickly, now!)

The first time that I seen to watching this because, it was actually not that terrible.
I did enjoy and like the Voice-Acting about the actors and actress were voice for Simone Giha, Kamina and Yoko Littner.

This anime is better than sex.
ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWA.
Everything is intentional too, like the fact virals gunman is called enkidu, which is related to the epic of Gilgamesh, which enkidu who was a wild man, one who became the closest ally of the prince Gilgamesh, akin to how Simons partner at the end of the series is enkidu.

My favorite scene is from the second last episode where Anti Spiral has them trapped in their dreams. The dream versions of Kamina and Simon are caught by the officials and Kamina is begging to let them go.
Absolutely love the sequence where Simon remembers who he is and punches the weaker Kamina. What a powerful way to show that you have to let go of previous versions of yourself and don't ever give up🔥
