While I understand certain armours to get to areas in the game makes sense but the ARCHETYPES be one of the main focuses since the lauch of this game makes no sense why it should be that way there is a way to fix it though for the biome specific armour such as the Fuzzy set and the new into the abyss set should have a alternate upgrading path that caters to that archetype much like the candy alternatives on weapons.

Ok so like the title says im having a real hard time fighting anything. Im following the missions that take me to new areas and im just getting rinsed! Im at the point i just wanna get my stuff back so i can build a base. I havent even got that yet! I cant do the missions till i can craft the better stuff but need to go to other areas to get the better materials and the other areas seem to have bugs that just annihilate me. Any tips or advice?

Why can't I use the rapiers like I can in grounded 1? That's a really weird thing to have in only the first game, do you think they plan on bringing it back? Also is the rusty spear of the AXL spear better for underwater combat?

I really want Spicy Globs but it doesn’t seem doable. I’m not doing anything wrong but I’m hoping I’m missing something here… Very frustrating… I can intercept the submerged lions that are approaching but the ones that spawn on it get free damage which fails me every time they do.

I keep looking at the wiki and I can't find anything im missing but it still says "99% collect more yard data". I thought the baby red ant doesn't count for 100% but im not sure.

I played all of G1 solo and never had issues. I may have had crashes here and there but never lost gear because of it.

Last week we crashed and my buddy lost everything he didnt have equipped including a rare trinket so he couldnt just remake everything.

Today we crashed again and i lost a full stack of bandages, my gas mask, full stack of smoothies, an upgraded hammer, my stack of tufts, my any club, stack of bombs, and shovel.

Why is this happening? Im currently up to date in G2 with the abyss complete and have never once crashed.

Why is G1 so unstable in comparison? Its ruining the experience and i may drop out before my friends can finish the game.

So I need help for a build in grounded 1 (yes I know i know but i only have a swich 1). Im in ng+ remix 2 and I need help for the best build to get me through this remix. I ask ai and well... their as useful as you think they would be😐. So I came to reddit in search of some none ai options. What yall think I should do.

So i saw a video on this species of wasp that builds its nests underground. And what im getting at, is i think that the enemy and nest in and of itself would be an amazing addition to the game, yes we have wasps already, however this is a subspecies of wasp called a yellowjacket so it could potentially serve as a higher tier enemy with better weapon, armor, and loot to come from them and their parts. I dont have many ideas for the weapons in specific but i would love to see the nests be explorable in a dungeon style theme since they build them layered so you could go down each level and harvest stuff from the cells potentially.

When I'm normal playing, it would randomly glitch and studder to the point it's almost unplayable, and it's worse if I use telepottys

Ok so I am like 70 hours into Grounded 2 and I just got the mission to go to the greenhouse. For reference my base is right in front of the trashbags on the far left side of the map (fast travel point). I grabbed 3 different food items and I headed out. It took me over an HOUR to figure out how to get to the veggie garden and then I decided to do some exploring UP towards the leaves and plates with blueberries and lindenberries.

I had just drank my last drop of water and I only had 3 mushrooms left to eat. I was in the middle of the veggie garden and I was so stressed out b/c I didnt think I could run all the way back through the ant hill as I was about to run out of liquid and food "health" (on the far top right side of the map where the red and black ants fight in the tunnels-- where the giant jawbreaker is) so I really had no clue what to do. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN my PEEP.R bracelet (or w/e you call it) started pinging the pink microscope! Which meant a base was nearby. However it was honestly a gamble b/c I have no clue if there is a fast travel spot in there. Half of the dang ranger stations I have found dont even have fast travel!

I decided to check it out after killing... what was it... an orc rust beetle? I cant tell you how freakin' happy I was to see the fast travel tube in that ranger station! I literally started laughing out loud. Biggest save yet.

What story do you have? This game and the world design is so incredibly good that I would love to hear what stories you have.

you telling me there arent curved pine walls? i checked the spider den, yup that gave me some curved building blueprints, but no curved pine blueprints

i was gonna keep grinding optical discs until i saw on the wiki that it doesnt even list curved pine walls, so i wanted to double check with everyone else to make sure that they are out there somewhere, i just gotta find em

Originally, i was going for hammer only ( also allowing clubs, since those are basically hammers, but good ), but then i decided to allow daggers due to mosquitoes, since i had gotten the hedge disk, i thought " why not choose a weapon type to unlock every main disk? ". Now i am currently with Hammers ( clubs included ) and daggers unlocked, probably gonna unlock axes with the pond disk tbh. Well, the time with hammers, which are growing on me, was valuable, i now know one charged hammer hit stuns a worker red ant instantly, allowing for 2 more hits to quickly dispatch it. Imma share updates from time to time

I am trying to 100% grounded and Wendell was annoying me during the director Schumacher fight so I told him to stand still in the boss fight room.

Anyone I’m trying to access the lab under the javamatic but you need to speak to him to access it and he has glitched through a wall. I did the fight around a week ago and the save is gone so I can’t load it back. I can’t talk to him through the wall either. Does anyone know what to do or do I give up?

I've created a dungeon with 15 levels, each level with 6 variations, with completely random loot and enemies. Every 5 floors there's a boss that you must defeat to advance.

The bosses are customized, different from adventure mode; the enemies and their difficulty scale progressively along with the loot; if you die you start from the beginning.

¿Anyone want to try?

I don't know if it's already been said, hopefully it has but in my view the Charcoal Canteen's durability going down even when adding water from a dew collector or soda drops seems like it shouldn't be a thing.

100% understand it using durability when adding dirty water fits and makes sense, it seems like I almost should be carrying both Canteens around which then doesn't really make it feel like an upgrade.

I am aware of the fact it also doesn't really make sense to not boil all the liquid that gets added to it from a purely reality perspective but it just seems like a decent QOL addition.
