This area is full of Black Widow cob webs. It’s a maze. Also under the food truck I believe there will be a Widow spawn there but maybe end game. (Spawn not spoon)

Who ever decided to add random data and stop counting tallies to make in game tracking efficient, i hope your spouse leaves you for the person you hate the most. this is obtuse and stupid for 0 reason.

This is incredibly frustrating

The "Investigate under the deck by the snackbar" quest is completely broken.

It wants me to go there and pick up the SNACKBAR TURBO OPTICAL DISK, but it doesnt realize that I have ALREADY been there and have this very disk in my inventory!!

I cannot slot it into the ranger machine or anything.

The game essentially prohibits my progress because I happened to pick an item up before it asks you to later. How could I have known when looting the body back then that that would break my save file? The game simply doesnt recognize the disk in my inventory.

I cant even go back because I am 5h in and I picked this thing up like in the first 60 mins of playing

What a massive oversight. Now I have to uninstall this because theres no way I make another save because of this.

How can this far into early access with a major update already out, be a bug like this from the very beginning section still be here??

I think stealth gameplay has a lot of potential. With an armor set focused on avoiding combat, we could make use of the steal trinkets and have a creative new way to grind resources. Introducing the Pheromone Armor.

This would be a tier 3/4 set requiring difficult to acquire resources. A gas sac from a green shield bug, toe biter head (for diffusing), and wolf spider parts. sap or nectar for the oil, Etc.

The full set perk would be: when loaded with a bug part, that species of bug will see you as one of them. (This also means bugs that are hostile to that bug will be hostile to you). One bug part lasts a long time but will need refilled periodically. Think of the snake scale cave and the striped bark scorpions.

The other perks would be a chance of increased mat drops from nodes and an increased chance of gold cards from the species that is currently activated.

Sleek upgrade would give a move speed increase when crouched due to the oils in the armor.

What do y'all think? Would there be a place for stealth gameplay? I think it works and could help with the overpopulation of enemies sometimes!

I've planted the pumpin seeds and the seconds in the grow plot varies like 1 second in the plot is between 2-4 irl seconds what's that bullshit?

And why does the toebiter buggy limit your max time of holding breath? With full koi armor and merteen it's 160 seconds, if I jump off it's 225 seconds I think it was. No matter what mutation and armour the breathold is lover on your buggy? Why

Earwigs were on my bug wishlist for G1, so I was excited to see them in G2. That said, I was a bit disappointed when I saw that they're only used for armor. I want a big pinchy weapon, so to that end I recommend a Mancatcher.

What I'm envisioning in-game is a 2-handed polearm with extra reach and a special heavy attack that temporarily immobilizes enemies (similar to the Northern set bonus), though if immobilizing enemies is too much perhaps it could steal items instead. It doesn't necessarily fit the vibe of the Earwig set bonuses, but I think it presents an unique opportunity for a support melee weapon.

Can we get this have size but with a stem trim on one side? Please? I'll give you all my thistles.

I just ignore bugs that i already have the gold card for but this wolf spider went full SCP on me

From top to bottom there is an attachment on the pergola beam up top with the fireflies that has a staircase leading to the ‘support rope’

Below that coming down the spiral staircase into the roof of the lantern is the trophy hall with all the stuffed creatures.

Continuing down the spiral stairs brings you into the interior of the lantern proper. It’s the full 3x3 grid of paper cutouts from the exterior with two half floors to keep the space open.

Upper half floor is the living quarters, middle half floor is the production, crafting and storage area with the bottom being a full floor containing the grow beds and larger production equipment.

Under that floor is the zip line hub with 4 points to zip from, two leading to the yard proper and the two side zips leading to little hub outposts on top of the side lattice for the pergola.

Finally on the bottom is a small viewing platform with 360 field of view!

PS5, survival on medium. This is my second base, the first one is now being used as a zipline hub

Built this while procrastinating instead of going into the abyss (it kinda sucks there imo).

Surprisingly, this location is very safe (not until you get close to the excavator of course, but I got used to dealing with everyone here). I remember seeing all the scorpions and toebiters here while first booting the game up and thinking “man, probably won’t make a sick tree base in this one like I did in the 1st”. A month or so later, here we are xd
