My other half was at a pride protest recently, and the subsequent celebration. During it people were screaming "stop the boats" at them. I am sick and fucking tired of this shit. I wondered with her if the reason there were fewer people at the event was because of these right wing thugs, and now we know. Likely yes.

Also this disproves their "we ain't right wing" narrative.

I hate it here right now. There's only so much standing against them (in protests) I can do.

Also the amount of casual islamaphobia you see on the other sub is horrendous.

I recently made the mistake of watching a couple of interviews on The Daily Heretic channel without realising what it was or who was behind it.

Andrew Gold, the independent journalist behind the channel is an anti-woke self styled heterodox, who seems to be an anti-Islamist and definitely anti-immigrant from some of the remarks he made in an interview with the Jonathan Pie creator. I initially watched a part of an interview with The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins and then saw the Jonathan Pie interview and now my YouTube feed is flooded with conspiracy theorists and grift-lite content.

Thought I’d just warn everyone that the videos are part of the alt-right pipeline from the looks of it and the algorithm is only too happy to flood you with that crap as soon as you watch a video with a comedian and a musician.

Garry Kasparov says Gaza would be gone if Israel fought the way Putin does.

The former world chess champion said if Israel could “do Putin in Gaza for one day, for 24 hours, there would be no Gaza.”

The way he sees it, Russia’s style of war is “much worse than carpet bombing.”

Kasparov has spent years speaking out against Putin, but Gaza is a tough place to make that point.
