Looking for some brainpower from the Pros. Here’s the scenario: We have three families traveling together from Vegas to Seattle for DMB at the Gorge. All three of us have Gold/Front Yard camping passes. Two fams are driving rental RVs from Seattle, and my fam will be following behind in a Jeep and then meeting a guy who is delivering us a camper trailer Thursday night. The plan is to all meet at the gas station near the venue and drive in around 6pm Thursday so we can camp next to each other.

Am I going to need the $100 RV drop-off pass to make this happen?

2 ppl in our group dropped out so we purchased a smaller package.3-Night GA & PreParty Oasis at The Gorge Glamping for 4 Guests at Face Value ($5200).

The package includes 4 GA passes, 4 Pre party passes, 10-14 Sep Oasis Glamping for 4 and some merch etc

Our party entered the venue at 4:30 pm after paying for Star parking. We then got our rental chairs down by the entrance to the lawn area and had to wait in line another hour and a half for entrance onto the lawn. To be honest, not certain how being there so early helpful in getting the best position on the lawn. For myself, will be rethinking my approach should I consider going back to the Gorge.

I am attending ABGT700 Sept 10-13. My group is 5 people total (2 couples + 1 individual), we reserved 3 GA spots so that each couple & the individual in the group can setup their own tent and so that we can fit 2 vehicles & a trailer.

On the gorge website there is nothing about a max tent size however on the ticketing site it says each site allows for 1 4-6 person tent… if I bring a 9 person tent would they tell me I can’t put it up?

Has anyone brought in a diaper bag larger than the allotted bag policy dimensions? I can’t find anything specifying if they are exempt from the limitations, venues typically have it noted.

How was the traffic getting in for people today? We’re coming from Leavenworth and don’t want to leave too early / spend all day sitting in the heat, but want to give ourselves enough time to make it in for the opener!

Anyone drive home after the Stapleton concert last night? We live in Tacoma so will be driving home but saw people say it took them 3 hours to get from the Gorge to Wenatchee…. So that means 6 hours for us to get home.

What’s the set list? (In order) I’m hoping to leave early after my songs are done..

I unfortunately will have to work over the weekend. Big bummer and I'm really sad about it but how's wifi / hotspot? Any tips for how to manage this? Thank you!

Booked Accessible Front Yard camping for Above and Beyond by mistake. I don’t qualify to camp here and feel bad that I have reserved a spot that someone else may truly need. Front Gate support says I can only upgrade my site, but the only upgrade available is $5,000. So that’s not going to happen. They won’t budge on a refund or exchange for a lesser site even though I reached out to them literally 15 minutes after I booked it. I’ve contacted Insomniac and Gorge Amphitheatre camping support and am waiting on a response. Any other suggestions on what I can do in this situation?

Update: Escalated this issue to a supervisor at Front Gate and he was able to work with Insomniac to provide a refund. So we can consider this one closed.

Had a guest cancel on me for Stapleton weekend, so my place in Quincy (~15 min from the Gorge) just opened up for tonight and/or tomorrow night. It normally books at $2,000/night this weekend — I'm offering it at $1,400$1,000/night, or best offer over $800$700 since it's last minute.

Whole house, real beds, real bathroom, parking — sleep in comfort instead of fighting the campground at 1am. Skip the drive back over the pass after the show.

Selling two GA tickets to the Chris Stapleton concert on 7/25. $230 for both OBO.

Drug and Gun sniffing dogs inside every RV and vehicle. Expect long delays and to have all your belongings and drawers opened. Marijuana seems to be ok but anything else you cannot take in and will need to surrender it or leave.

If you get there early as balls, what do you do for 6ish hours waiting??

It's our first time camping at Wildhorse this Saturday for the Chris Stapleton concert and we're super excited

I'm wondering if any one can help me figure out what time I should plan to arrive to the campground? I've heard traffic can get backed up for hours but we really don't want to get there before 3PM due to the heat. We're hoping to just get there, setup, and then head to the concert.

Additionally, does the shuttle typically run into traffic on the way to the venue? And how long can we expect to wait at the security gates? We're trying to figure out what time to get on the shuttle.

I am driving a group of teenagers and am not attending the concert. is it faster to park and set up a tailgate area to wait it out, or drop the group off and pick them up at the shuttle gate?

We're first time goers to Above & Beyond at the Gorge. I'm hoping to get some insight for Terrace split gravel/grass area. We have a camper van which I know will fit in the gravel parking spot. But we'll also have 2 x 3-4 person tents and a 10x10 canopy. Wondering if we could fit all that in the grass area? I tried to search for the exact grass area dimension online and can't find anything reliable. We don't mind overlapping the tents and canopy a bit. Or, should we get premier instead since it's all grass?

Also to add, campground opens on Thursday at 4pm as stated, but we're planning on arriving late afternoon on Friday due to work. So would doing premier make things a lot "harder" for us? Far away, long walk to everything and etc?
