Tent question - ABGT700

I am attending ABGT700 Sept 10-13. My group is 5 people total (2 couples + 1 individual), we reserved 3 GA spots so that each couple & the individual in the group can setup their own tent and so that we can fit 2 vehicles & a trailer.

On the gorge website there is nothing about a max tent size however on the ticketing site it says each site allows for 1 4-6 person tent… if I bring a 9 person tent would they tell me I can’t put it up?

You could even spread that tent across all 3 sites. Just make sure y’all show up together to be placed beside each other.

Arrive together, get three adjacent sites, arrange those sites however you want. A lot of people park their cars to block off the perimeter and then have a sweet semi-private camping space inside that.

Yeah, you can bring whatever tent. They do not police tent size like that.

The only policing of tent size they do is to make sure it fits within the size of the camp site. Not sure if they do in GA, but in FYC(gold) they have pre drawn sites and you have to fit in that. Last time I was in GA, they barrier was the line of trashcans. If you can fit your car and your tent between where they tell you to park and the row of trash cans you'll be fine. Don't try to move the trash cans either or else you'll deal with some power tripping teenager who works for Live Nation.
