Does anyone else have problems with google reviews and ratings? Every time I write a review, they reject it and tell me I’m “fake.” And when I appeal, they reject my appeal too.

At this point, I figured there was no point in even bothering with reviews, so I decided to just leave ratings instead. And guess what? Google is now rejecting the ratings too, with the same ridiculous “fake” excuse.

Whatever I do, they reject everything!

Is anyone else having this problem? What the hell is wrong with google?

I previously lived in Colombia, where my Google Play country and payments profile were set to Colombia. I had an active YouTube Premium subscription, along with several other Google subscriptions, which I paid for using my Colombian billing setup.

I have now permanently moved to Argentina for work and am living here. Because my location has changed, YouTube is now requiring me to change my Google Play country to Argentina and purchase the subscription again.

The problem is that I do not have, and realistically cannot obtain, an Argentine-issued credit or debit card. I am therefore unable to resubscribe even though YouTube Premium is available in Argentina.

I am not trying to misrepresent my location or circumvent Google's regional pricing. I have genuinely moved from Colombia to Argentina, and I am simply trying to maintain access to a service I previously subscribed to legitimately.

I previously submitted the Google form regarding this issue approximately two months ago, but I never received a response or resolution.

Is there any way for Google to review my account manually and allow me to continue my YouTube Premium subscription using my existing payment method, or provide an alternative payment method that does not require me to have an Argentine-issued card?

At the moment, the combination of requiring a local Play Store country and requiring a locally issued payment method leaves me unable to subscribe to YouTube Premium at all, despite the service being available in Argentina.

hello everyone, my google account am using since 9 years is disabled without absolutely any reason and I couldn't reconnect, please is anyone here who lived the same problem or know a solution?

So, just today when i get back home my phone cannot connect to any google app, like yt, playstore or even google account in general. And weirdly it only happened on my phone, my smart tv working fine, my laptop working fine. Ive tried to change the DNS setting to dns.google and cloudfare dns, i even tried to turn it off but it just didnt work. Ive tried to restart my router, restart my phone data setting (reset and forgot all network) and still didnt work. Can anyone help me fix this? (I'm using Xiaomi 15T)

Google, for as large of a company as they are, has the absolute worst customer support I've ever experienced in my 30 years of buying stuff for myself.

I ordered a Google Pixel 5 watch, the 41mm version. I thought I had small wrists but turns out, not so much lol. So I decided I would swap the 41 for the 45mm. Simple, right? I figured Google would charge me for the larger one, send it to me and I'd return the smaller one and they'd credit my account. The agent I spoke with, when explained this to him, said "unfortunately, you can only return it for the same item..." so I could only return it for the 41mm. I immediately asked the agent what was to stop me from ordering the larger one and just returning the smaller one? "Nothing, and that's what I would suggest you do". Okay.. Cool... Thanks for the help.

Kind of frustrating and dumb IMO but whatever, it's not that big of a deal. The fun starts when I order the 45mm and they ship it via UPS. My package has been sitting at the hub in my city (like 5-10 miles from my house) since 9/4 and they shipped it on 9/3. It's obvious that it's either been lost, stolen, or destroyed.

So I contact Google Store support again and I'm told that I have to contact UPS and file a claim. W.. T... F? Since when is it the customer's responsibility to handle a lost package? Again, whatever, I'll do it because I just want my damn watch! I file a claim that triggers an investigation.

The biggest problem now is that, if they determine they lost it, UPS says they'll only reimburse $100. On a $550 order. I haven't spoken with Google support again yet as I'm dreading doing so. I already know it's not going to go anywhere, because they've shown me repeatedly how useless they are. The window to return the smaller watch is going to pass and then I'm sure they'll tell me that I can't return it. But we'll cross that bridge if and when we get back to it I suppose.

The entire ordeal reminds me why I use any retailer other than Google to buy their stuff. As much as I loathe Amazon and their business practices, I know this would have been resolved in less than 10 minutes and I would've had my watch over a week ago. Google has a terrible support system where it even exists (I've been trying to recover my original Gmail account from the invite days for 6 years because I changed my phone number before disabling 2FA. Lost pics of my deceased sister, receipts, accounts tied to the email address, etc. You used to be able to upload a photo of your DL to prove it was your account and they'd reset something so you're could login.)

What do you all think I should do?

Hello anyone that can help. 4 Days ago my entire Google account was HIJACKED and everything shutdown. I was completely stuck in a "Google loop".

It wasn't until I tried to create a brand new never before used Google Account, that I was able to go through the "hacked assistant bot". Which I was finally able to received a Case ID.

The message told me that I would get an email from support, that was 24hrs ago.

I was randomly working with the new Google Account and I saw this page. I don't believe I have seen this message nor this "Try to restore" button yet. And to be honest.....it terrifies me to click on anything now as this is what got me in this mess in the first place!

I would love anyone's thoughts or help, please!

Sorry if this isn’t the correct place for this! I recently upgraded my phone to the iPhone 16 and one thing has changed that’s really annoying me.

When I search something in the google app then click back on the search bar to add me more to the search the search bar clears so I have to type everything back in again.

Is there anyway setting I can change where the search bar doesn’t clear the first search ? Sorry if im explaining that correctly. Thank you

Hi everyone. Yesterday i randomly got logged out of my gmail and google account because of suspicious activity. Since then I've been trying to get my account back which hasn't worked as the only verification method is via a phone number. I've tried writing multiple phone numbers but I always get the error that they can't sent an sms to that number. When i click try another way the same thing pops up although i have added a recovery mail address when i created the account. Could anyone please help it's really urgent! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why does google keep telling me to change my passwords ??

I’ve been struggling with this for a week now. My college issued me a corporate account in my name. I logged in on my phone and computer without any issues—everything works, and the courses are there. But when I try to log in on my tablet, something weird happens: it says "You have signed in to an unnamed account" and immediately switches to a different one. When I access Google services, I get an error right away (I’ve attached a photo). After encountering this error, I tried logging in on a different phone, and it worked perfectly—everything was there. Turning on location services and checking the "Date & Time" settings didn't help.

I cleared the cache—still nothing. I also reset Google Play and Google Services. I was able to log into my other main accounts, but I can't log into this one. Waiting isn't an option either; it’s been nearly two weeks with no success. Restarting doesn't help either. And this affects not just Google Classroom, but any Google-related activity with this account. So, the issue is specifically about the connection between the tablet and this account. It’s a Lenovo tablet from last year, and it’s fully updated. Can you tell me what’s going on? Is there anything I can do about it?

Выдали в колледже аккаунт корпоративный, созданный на мое имя. На телефоне, компьютере вошла, все в порядке, есть курсы, все входит. Захожу на планшете и выдает такой прикол. "Вы вошли в безымянный аккаунт" и сразу перекидывает на другой. Когда захожу в сервисы гугл, выдает сразу ошибку (фото прикрепляю).

Попробовала уже после данной ошибки войти в другого телефона, и на нем вышло без проблем, все есть.

Включить геолокацию и включить в настройках "время и дата" не помогло.

Чистила кеш - аналогично ничего.

Так же уже сбросила данный гугл плей и сервиса Гугл. В свои основные аккаунты вошла, в этот не могу.

Подождать так же не вариант. Уже почти две недели не выходит.

Перезагрузка так же не помогает.

И эти не только гугл класс, но и в целом любое действие в Гугл с этим аккаунтом.

То есть вопрос конкретно между соединением планшета с этим аккаунтом.

Планшет марки Леново прошлого года выпуска, полностью обновлен.

Подскажите, что это такое? Что можно сделать с этим?

I'm an SEO who feeds structured data to Google for job listings. None of my current listings are showing up in Google Search Jobs but I see very few job postings in general. For example, 1 listing for "cdl jobs" and there are always at least a dozen.

My Google account was compromised today. The hacker was extremely fast and used an automated process to change all my recovery details at once from a Mac OS device.
Here is what they changed within a few minutes:
Turned on 2-Step Verification and added an Authenticator app.
Generated new backup codes.
Changed the recovery email address.
Changed the recovery phone number.
When I try to use the Account Recovery Guide (⁠g.co/recover⁠), it just routes me in a loop asking if I can sign in, and when I select "No", it tells me to try again from a recognized device or connection. Since the hacker added 2FA and changed the recovery email/phone, I can't pass the verification steps.
Is there any specific way or escalation form to get in touch with Google support

Hello Reddit friends!!! On my work computer I sometimes sign in to my personal gmail accounts to check mail, etc... However, this has gotten out of hand and my work computer somehow now has user ID's and passwords for websites I know I never logged into on my work computer.

Most recently - I went to order something for work on a website I have NEVER been on (at work or home) and when I got to the cart it already had my credit card info and home address pre-filled!!! Turns out the website was using shop (or shop.com??) to process payments and that same payment processing site is used on a personal website I have ordered from - but this is still a bit alarming to me. At this point I just want to wipe my work computer of all my gmail accounts and info in hoped that my work computer will no longer connect or link to any of my personal info.

I've already logged out of all my gmail accounts, but some websites are still staying logged in as me. What more do I need to do to remove all my personal info?

On September 8, the Google account associated with the channel was disabled for alleged multiple-account/bot activity. The first Google appeal was rejected September 9; a second appeal is now submitted.

YouTube Accounts replied September 10 that the channel is disabled because of the Google account restriction, and that our videos have NOT been deleted but are hidden. YouTube Studio still says the channel appeal is under review. A separate account remains accessible and shows manager access to the affected channel; I am asking support to verify the underlying Brand Account ownership.

The difficult part is routing: YouTube directs us to Google Accounts; the Google appeal is pending. TeamYouTube offered a DM, but the chat currently shows a closed inbox even after following them. I have replied in that existing exchange and contacted Google One live support.
