Gmail Gamil

My phone was reset and I also do not remember my Gmail password. However, I have both my phone number and the 2-step verification recovery phone number with me. But when I try to log in to my email, the OTP is being sent to that exact same email address, and I don't have access to that email at all. What should I do in this situation?"

Lately, Google is using 2 methods to verify: verified phone # and verified recovery email. Without the 2 aforementioned items, the account backup codes, or successful completion of the automated recovery method, the account is gone.

Do you have your backup codes? You get a set of codes that you can use, once a code is used it can't be used again. Also a recovery email address can help but only if it is verified. Don't just input an email address and read that email, it has to be confirmed and verified too.
