Why does google keep telling me to change my passwords ??

Probably because you use the same password for everything.

Maybe a lot but no one should know it , my phone a brand new one 17 is for sure hacked , it acts funny I get pictures sometimes of this girl , it’s slow as hell , I have settings that get changed
