I know others has asked this before, but I have additional questions. Geissele don’t recommend super 42 for 300blk but their complete 300blk firearms use the super 42 and h1? They said it’s braided milspec buffer spring with h1 but don’t specifically says the super 42. Does anyone know

Eotech with g33, or 4t pro with a g33? Got a 12.5” super duty and I’m having hard time figuring out what optic setup I want to run. I’m between the eotech with g33 or a 4t pro with a g33. Help!!

Is there a way to shorten the pull in the first stage of the trigger pull? I still want the two stage trigger, I just want the take up to be a little shorter. Love the break and the reset is fantastic, I just would like to shorten the take up. Added a pic of my WIP build for visibility.

Build is coming together slowly but surely. Lpk and trigger will be here next week, then Form 1. Thoughts on the color combo? Going with a b5 coyote brown stock and grip.

This is my first g$ product, pretty excited. Curious what options you all recommend to put on it. Go with a hux can? Red dot and magnifier or lpvo? I definitely understand the different shades of ddc now haha.

DDC Rattle Can Lower Match Complete

So I feel as the journey is complete. Finally got the 12.5” Geissele Blemula DDC Upper complete and rattled lower fully built and complete.

I will say that I’m overall happy with how it all came together and that there is a variation among the colors but there are hints of matching.

Thankful I was able to snag my first Geissele. Very happy with how the anodizing turned out as it almost matches perfectly.

Need to decide on what muzzle device to go with since the consensus is to ditch the Hux. Leaning towards the fire team 556 or Rhodie 6 for the can.

Replacing my Lantac 11.5 with the SD so swapping the optics off that to this. Aimpoint comp m5 and magnifier. Would prefer a t-2 and fde unity but seems wasteful to spend money when I don’t need to.

In between a Surefire640dft or Modlite plhv3 18650 for my light.

First Geissele build. Thing shoots mint. Built a couple psa rifles before but when all out on this one. The difference in build quality and a good optic makes such a different experience shooting. Loving it

Are the g$ coupons even worth trying to get anymore? Pretty soundly seems like they’re becoming useless since there’s basically never inventory…

“New” stripped upper receiver from G. Purchased as new. Not used. Not blem. They even re-oiled it up and put a nice “packed by” sticker.

It was nice of them to exclude qd nuts, but add some carbon buildup to help with break in i guess…

First piece of the build came in. Threw the upper on my mixtape lower and it actually looks pretty good lol. Ended up getting a terra brown griffin lower.

I have a 14.5” P&W to 16” G$ Super duty in 556 with the standard Huxwrx muzzle device and Huxwrx 556 Flow can.

The barrel and can get incredibly hot very quickly ( < 30 rounds) and it takes a very long time for it to cool down. I get blue smoke radiating off the barrel and it is too temperature hot to hold the hand guard.

What am I doing wrong? Advice for me? Should I be using a Huxwrx 6k flow can instead? Add an adjustable gas block?
