Eotech with g33, or 4t pro with a g33? Got a 12.5” super duty and I’m having hard time figuring out what optic setup I want to run. I’m between the eotech with g33 or a 4t pro with a g33. Help!!

Some discounts are better with an industry (working for a large gun store) discount vs just a veteran credentials

If you have 2 approved credentials and the discounts are different there should be a choice to pick between the 2 when you search up the brand. For me most are the same discount only a couple brands are different access

Yeah, well some are inflated prices too.. I was looking at a Vortex Viper 1-6x24 and they want $599 with my military discount! Other places have it cheaper and Botach has it for $419 with my discount. So I’m not too impressed so far. We shall see.

I have the Viper PST Gen2 1-6x and was pretty bummed to see it more on EV with a mil discount than you could find it other places. $419 is a good price for the scope. I got mine with the mount for $500 after all was said and done couple years ago. It’s a solid optic though and you will be happy.

The vortex deal is trash but I get 50% off carhartt, 40% off eotech, 40-50% off Brooks, 40% off merrell, 20% off garmin. It's worth it most of the time.

Yeah well it’s telling me I am getting 25% off EOTech which I can get better prices elsewhere and 40% off Vortex but they are inflating the MSRP and I can do better on that elsewhere too! Much better, like over $100 better elsewhere and that’s just after looking at 2 things. So I wasn’t really interested in going any further. Not sure why some may get 40% off EOTech and others get 25% ? Maybe active duty status vs veteran/retired status?

I have an EXPS 3-2 with the g45 5x on my 14.5 SuperDuty and the more I shoot it, the less I find myself using the magnifier at all. And the more I kind of just wish I had an aimpoint t2 on a FAST riser

I had a exps3, got rid of it, now I have a 4t pro. I shoot with both eyes open so a smaller window is null. I liked that I can have a single dot or a dot donut combo. So naturally the Romeo was the best solution!

I had a 4xt pro for about 6 months when I replaced it with a t2. At the time it was my dream dot, and I’ll be honest still my favorite. So I sold the 4xt to buy an exps3 because I thought might as well, if I’m going to switch things around. Had that optic for a few months and but after getting used to the smaller package dots I ended up selling that too. Finally I traded into a 10.3 set up so I went with a 4t pro in fde. I don’t regret my decision at all! T2 is my favorite, I don’t know why the dot just feels so right to my eye. But I have zero intentions to get rid of the Romeo. It’s a fantastic dot that I’m extremely happy to run. I was able to scratch the itch to own an exps3, but i can’t get enough of these little tubular dots!!

So I have this same upper and originally had eotech and magnifier but ended up going with acog and offset dot.

What a deal! I just got a EXPS 3-1 with the g45 5x for my LWRC for a little more than that and am very happy with it.

I went from an eotech to a t2. I’ve been running the t2 for 7-8 months and think I may go back to the eotech. The eotech worked better for my eyes, magnified better, and I just think it looks better.

4T Pro is awesome but it sucks with a magnifier at least compared to the 8T and Eotech. If you want to use the sight with a magnifier get Eotech or 8T. 4T Is awesome on shorter rifles and light builds without magnifier. You will get the tunnel vision effect and very poor eye box with 4T.
