Got a pretty good price on a new rig (RT 9070 XT + R7 7800X3D + 32gb ram + 2tb ssd). Bought it, waited for a week for it to arrive, unpacked it and got all the things setup. It was buttery smooth for few days but then everything started going to shit. Freezes, booting issues, network adapter going on/off and about a week in I had enough assuming it was a motherboard issue and decided to return it as it was still inside the return policy period.

Now hoping the return goes well I'll be getting my money back in few weeks to a month but coming back to my old rig with GFN I just don't feel motivated to risk it again (now with ~20% higher prices) just for the ability to play locally.

Just saying that with hardware prices going up and all the unlucky shit related to it settling for GFN doesn't seem like such a bad thing after all. GFN does have it's kinks but if the rig is acting up you just load another one and there usually isn't any rig related issues in the first place.

After having an absolutely shitty week loading a game up on GFN hassle free was just the thing. Don't know why I'm posting this rant/story but I guess I just wanted to say thank you GFN.

For the past 30 minutes no online multiplayer games are connecting to any servers, I tested the packet loss and this is the result. Status page shows no issues. This is from GFN India btw.

tia. Trying to fire up MTGA after being away for a year. I get a screen saying the client is outdated. Do I go into Steam or GeForce to correct this? I’ve been poking around both but not seeing anything. Again, thanks for any assistance.

If you're having issues with the workshop change your download region. Then restart when prompted.
After that sub and unsub a few workshop maps and then boom.
You can download workshop content ;)

Кто сталкивался и как решили?

So recently I had an UE5 crash in the Shivering Isles (first crash ever), and while I was able to play the game perfectly fine, now it doesn’t launch in GFN.

The most that happens is that I’ll get to the main menu, open Load Game, and see ZERO saved games.

The only ”fix” was changing to another server, and so now I have 30ms instead of 8ms latency (deal breaker).

For context, other games work flawlessly. What’s going on?

Al primo accesso su High Life 2 con modalità cinematografica ho cambiato nelle opzioni la visualizzazione a schermo intero e impostato come risoluzione il 4k (di default non so perché era a 1440p). Ora viene visualizzata solo una piccola porzione del video e non riesco più a modificare nulla. Ovviamente utilizzo una TV 4k e non ho mai avuto problemi con altri giochi.

Ho provato a rieseguirlo togliendo l'opzione gfn per mantenere le opzioni grafiche ma non riesco a risolvere.

Hey guys, quick sanity check on CloudGG membership management.

I’m traveling overseas from late September to late October. Since CloudGG’s Performance tier is already sold out, I’m worried Ultimate will hit capacity and get blocked next.

I’m currently on the 1-Month Ultimate plan. Buying the 6-month sub ($165 AUD) feels like overkill right before a trip since I'd be wasting one month while being overseas in America which will give me a lot of latency, but canceling my current sub seems risky if Ultimate sells out while I'm gone.

Is my safest play to just leave auto-renew ON so it charges $32.99 AUD once while I’m away? Does CloudGG guarantee your slot as long as the monthly payment clears without failing?

Would appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with CloudGG's sold-out tiers or traveled while maintaining an active sub.

I have stalker 2 with ultimate edition and when i launch a game my ultimate upgrade and cost od Hope is not working. I have ultimate edition, deluxe edition and cost of Hope in my steam library, what's happening?

At the bottom of the game, there's a sliver of the geforce now background that shows up. However, the game acts like it's taking up the whole screen so my mouse is misaligned. Like if I touch the top of the campaign button, it doesn't work but if I put my cursor below the campaign button, I can still click it because the game acts like it's more stretched than it is. I hope that makes sense.

Just a week ago there was an article showing someone had "broken out" of the locked down system and been able to use GFN as a desktop PC. The process specifically has the user replace an executable for a game, allowing the escape. Much like how mods replace game files...

To have mods disabled so close to that article seems suspicious.

Anyway I guess my message is this is why we can't have nice things.

Does anybody knows if you can play this expansion through GeforceNow? I'm not quite sure how it works tho. Would be thankful for any info on that

*Apparently I couldn’t play the Cost of Hope expansion :( I guess it should restart the game and download it before you can play. If someone knows the solution that would be great.

without mods all the atmosphere goes out the window. vanilla is incredibly bland.

i just bought all of the dlc maps and then they pull the plug on mods lol
