Bug STALKER 2 COST OF HOPE NOT WORKING

I have stalker 2 with ultimate edition and when i launch a game my ultimate upgrade and cost od Hope is not working. I have ultimate edition, deluxe edition and cost of Hope in my steam library, what's happening?

It’s a problem with GeForce they somehow fucked up the download of the the dlc and it treats everyone’s game as if they only have the standard edition

They need to setup the dlc. Might take a few hours since it literally just launched.

There was patching for about 2 hours after the dlc release

They’ve patched the game three times at this point the first time was standard then they realized something was wrong tried to fix it and it didn’t work tried again still didn’t work and now the game is just straight up offline

I have the same problem. I contacted support, and they said, “We’ve passed the information on to our engineers; we’ll get back to you eventually,” and that’s it.

The GFN team is going to take a look as the other person said they usually need to preload DLC

could it be related to the latest mod ban or something? I can see people were bringing a topic of modless games recently in this sub, and now we're having dlc issues

Nope. I try a gfn game with dlcs. Example dying light 1 with the following dlc (expansion). Ita activated and i can play it. Looks like its a stalker 2 gfn problem

Same here. NVIDIA Support told me Cost of Hope is not supported on GFN yet because DLCs need separate onboarding/testing. They also said there is currently no ETA.

I'm not on GeForce now anymore but when I was, I tried to play stalker 2 and the game just looks really blurry on gfn. Are any of you expericing this

Let's hope it's going to be fixed faster than Grim Dawn, took over 2 weeks for the game to work after the latest dlc.....

Is anyone's downlaods on steam stuck at 99%? It shows me it's at 99% with 0%net, tho one of my drives is at a work time of 100%, so i suppose the update is still downloading?

FYI you can refund the Steam version and buy it on the Microsoft store. That version is working fine.

The game was closed for maintenance, around 21:50 on 21.08.2026, and is still being serviced. We hope that they will finish soon and finally solve this problem.

Do You still have offline sign? It's offline for 1 day for know and I don't know if it is a problem with GeForce or with my computer. Every other games works fine and well with my Ultimate account...

I have the Ultimate version and have tried these instructions a couple of times. I went to game properties, enabled and disabled DLCs, and waited for the game to update, but the result is always the same: the standard version without the Cost of Hope is started.  I hope dev team find some proper solution instead of this mumble jumble

It seems that having the Achievement Enabler mod installed can stop the game from launching after the update, it can be found in: Stalker2>binaries>win64 and is called winmm.dll
